The result was mediocre at least. Lots of places were missed and you can see dirt in many areas on the car they said your car is ready! So you take a towel and start cleaning those areas while they are watching, well if I wanted to do that I would have washed the car in my garage. The reason I went to a hand carwash is so I can get the car cleaner than what I could do in my garage. Something needs to be improved maybe training or quality assurance should be introduced. Just saying that.

Every chip and scratch catches his attention and he tells you exactly what he needs to do to fix it properly. On top of that, he's not trying to up sell his services once you visit. In my case, I needed an intermediate detail and he actually recommended to NOT get the advanced treatment because the pearl white paint wouldn't benefit from the extra steps. How cool is that?
