They canceled my membership after COVID, yet it was suspended due to COVID. I owed them like $50 due to my credit card being expired which they agreed I could pay when I came in the next time. I found out when I arrived my membership was canceled and they wanted to charge me like $120 for a massage! I had several hours that I paid for that they stiffed me on. Good riddance. Avoid like plague.

Eventually Coytee returned carrying nothing but a bucket and sponge. I don't believe that I payed for a car wash, so I was visibly disappointed. The treatment was fine, but, as you can imagine, a sponge and mystery solution wasn't the most relaxing thing to put my feet through. After the treatment, Coytee brought me to the front desk to pay. Before I could pay, however, Coytee's coworker Dimitria informed us that my daughter had fainted in the waiting room. This must have been from the lack of air conditioning and the fumes from whatever liquid they were using. Overall, this experience gets 2 stars. I can promise you that Coytee doesn't deserve your money.
