I placed an order for a quilt and shams on December 10, 2020. My credit card was charged but I have not received any word that it has shipped. I emailed a few times and left several phone messages and none of my messages were returned. I have no idea what has happened to my order. I'm very frustrated. I came to Lavender Fields because I had fallen in love with a very expensive rug and saw they had it in stock, and at a cheaper price than other stores. AND had free shipping! A lot of Instagram influencers I like follow them so I pulled the trigger. But I made the mistake of adding my old address instead of my new one. As soon as I realized my mistake my stomach dropped. This company has horrible customer service and they DO NOT return phone calls. First they charged my card immediately and when over a week went by with no shipping confirmation I had to call them several times and they never returned my call. Well I finally received the order which was a 400.00 plus order but it was the wrong item. I called immediately to tell them and ask about return instructions and once again no one calls back even though I was told the manager would call me back today on this matterI don't want a bunch of glassware that is not what I ordered. Ninth year in a row not just because of the high quality and wide variety of options but zero issues with any purchase. I was hooked with my first order, a stunning barn wood table that EVERYONE wants !.... Bought a couch and loveseat soon after that which I'm going to be upset with "come the day." Since then I purchased incredible soaps, candles, art you name it (maybe I should buy stock :-) Long story short I have always and always will support small businesses especially great customer service. I'm comfortable knowing the owner is hands on whether in store or via telephone. I must add I'm quite surprised ANY negative review ESPECIALLY these difficult unprecedented times. Folks need to bond together not spew vitriol. There is something seriously wrong with peoples souls. Just wanted to leave a review, I don't do this very often but my purchase was as seamless as possible! I bought a bedding set as a gift for my mother and it was superior quality and shipped fast! It is not very often I purchase outside of Amazon because some companies are not very trustworthy or their customer service is lackluster. Not this company! Thanks again for the great service! terrible customer service. i ordered a rug on november 22, 2021 and never received any updates or any information at all regarding delivery/shipment. i've been requesting a refund since january 6 and six weeks later still no refund. horrible, frustrating experience. feel completely ripped off and have to now proceed with filing complaints with bbb, my credit card company and paypal. a huge waste of time and energy, cannot believe that the owner wont just do the right thing and send my refund...so far i am out $1598.40 plus the time spent dealing with this read more

I recommend that the proprietor Lori stick to her brick and mortar business; internet sales is clearly not her thing -- because it involves actually delivering the merch to the customer after you swipe their credit card! I ordered an expensive desk in September which was advertised on Lori's website "Lavender Fields" as available for immediate shipping. The following day, Lori emailed me to advise that the desk would not be delivered until October, and confirmed I still wanted the desk. I agreed to an October delivery (versus immediate shipping, as advertised). I never received my desk and never received any contact FROM Lori. When I contacted her in November, she complained about how busy she was and, you know, COVID-19. I reminded Lori that COVID-19 was not new and she swiped my credit card in September. I reminded Lori that she is responsible to actually give me the merchandise I purchased. In December, I inquired again. Lori gave me a phone number to Deliveright, who today gave me a phone number to a "delivery partner" As of this writing, still no desk... I guess Lori enlists her customers to hunt down their own purchases. BEWARE!!!! read more

I made a purchase on October 8th and contacted the store owner several times to get an understanding on what the hold up was with my delivery. She made up several delivery dates, and the package was delivered incorrectly on the 22nd. I contacted her Nov 8th after choosing to order from West Elm instead and told her my item still had not arrived . She said she would file a claim I responded the package could be in my office and that fedex could check there. She did not file the claim so on Nov 9th I called Fedex to refuse the package they said they had to call her to pick it up from the office . I informed her to do this and she said I was trying to keep her items and commit fraud. The lack of service and professionalism saddens me. Also to be accused of fraud because you are trying to return items is crazy. First her items are overpriced and you can find better quality items for lower prices elsewhere. I do not find it necessary to try to steal a 72.00 down Pillow when I can probably find the same quality if not better for under 50.00 dollars. While waiting I looked up duvet covers and noticed it was basically a sheet and decided instead of paying 250.00 for a sheet I could get a quality quilt from west Elm for 106.00. I disapprove of the company and feel like service definitely lacks. Furthermore, I was told that if I review her company and provide truthful information she was going to call the local authorities and an attorney . read more

I ordered a bedding set on oct 1 and paid extra for 2 day shipping I was notified that day it would take longer than 2 days that was fine with me but I did expect to have the upgraded shipping refunded. Didn't happen. When I did received the bedding the colors in the quilt and shams did not match one was white and the other was a cream color and also a euro sham was missing that I was told had shipped separately but never recieved. I was asked to send pictures of the bedding. All this was in October. I eventually got in contact with Taylor linens (the company that the bedding came from) and the answer I got was pretty much they knew it didn't match. Wow! Long story short I waited weeks to get a return label after asking multiple times. Finally got one and shipped the entire set back minus the sham I never got. I've been waiting on my refund for weeks and I've asked multiple times finally was told it had been processed last Tuesday 12/4 and I should see it posted by the end of the week. Today 12/13 still not posted to my account and no response to my last 2 emails. All I can say is make your own judgement before buying here. I always treat others the way I would like to be treated but I would not recommend ordering from here. Look at my dates oct 1- dec 13 $745 purchase still not refunded to my card. read more

The lady sure is good at getting her bad reviews removed from websites. A few years ago I ordered a rug from her, she never shipped it and she REFUSED to put the credit back on my card. She had a lot of sob stories about how stressful it was to move her shop, but evidently she wasn't too stressed my charge my card in the first place. She is a scam artist. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they were unable to get her to take responsibility, too. I ended up filing a complaint with my credit card. Check the BBB website, there's more stories like mine out there. She was able to have my complaint removed from that site, which seems unethical to me. She also had my review removed here.
