My wife had a horrible experience here. She told them gel and they started doing powder. She didn't want to complain. Then the lady kept getting up and arguing with her coworker and a kid there over and over. Completely unprofessional. Her nails were never filed she finally had enough and told them she was leaving and not paying for something so messed up. read more

Disappointed this is the shit I got . I wanted a simple design but this nail tech was to busy leaving me at her station to go yell about previous customer [yes I can understand what she was saying].. people shouldn't judge people thinking we can't understand different languages. So there was a movie playing and the guy that was doing my nails constantly kept watching the movie barely concentrating on my nails. My skin was stuck because of the glue and he just kept filing over them it was a little painful. Then sent me to another lady to do BASIC WHITE FRENCH TIP and it looks sooo messy and tacky on the sides of my nails theres no paint on them it looks like a begginer was practicing on me. read more

They did a good job on my toes. However the guy sitting in the first desk to the left has an attitude looks, will look at you like you're dumb when you ask a question. The nails are basic but charge as if you got crystals on them. Save your money. read more

I used to go here all the time When Johnny and Lee work there but ever since then their service has gone way down I made an appointment and when I got there I was waiting for an hour when he did my nails he finally told me that I should do shellac just so he can charge me more the Chinese lady was telling me that my eyebrows are thick and I need to wax my nails are very thin and about to break my powder it doesn't even show it's coming off I do not recommend this shit show !!! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and it's nothing like it I do not recommend they are very rude and they are always in a rush the prices are over rated !!! I know a little bit of the language and they just talk mess about everybody they do nails for please do not go ! It's a long wait and then they do your nails in under 15 mins ! I just wanted shellac nails.. sounds simple right? Well, the older lady I got was kind of rude.. after I told her I wanted a mint color she said to just pick one off the wall behind me because I didn't have the color number & I was supposed to already have a color .. anyways.. she was rough with filing my nails.. shaped them horribly.. didn't even want to trim them when I asked because she said they were already too short.. with the polish.. well she didn't even apply it evenly so you can see through my nails & I have some bumps - she tried to say the were short staffed & that was her excuse for rushing.. but the salon wasn't even full she just didn't like her job I guess. Not my first time there had gone for a pedicure a few months ago no complain. Although this time I am very disappointed did not deliver at all the request. I could've understand maybe the design or colors but the overall quality? Seriously? I paid $60 for that service. No cuticle oil, dr acrylic powder on the skin on every finger, shellac wasn't even applied properly. My daughter had strokes that made the under acrylic visible after shellac. I hate complaining I truly do, I am those customers who usually just stays quiet and doesn't go again. The only reason why I spoke up was because her sweet sixteen photo shoot is on Sunday. Another tech tried fixing it but unfortunately not what I expected at all. It's her first set of nails ever and she won't stop crying over what she got. She was trying her hardest to be polite and just wanted to walk out but I insisted on having them fixed. Didn't help much. Never again. I've gone here twice and in those two time I felt rushed. They "took off" my old acrylics and left acrylic on my natural nail and put more acrylic on top and that caused my nails to lift and I had them on for only a few days and not just that the prices are ridiculous. I got short I mean short numb nails with powdered not shellac and they charged me $55, but when I go to any other salon I get charged the same but for long nails with shellac. I do not recommend getting your nails done here. read more

Worst experience I've had at a salon! I went in to get a pedi and when they were getting ready to start we noticed that my chair didn't go back so they wanted to move me to the chair next to me and that chair didn't work either. The lady then gave up and decided to leave me in my original chair (keep in mind that I'm crunched up with my legs almost at my chest). I had to tell her to move me because it was way too uncomfortable and eventually she found a chair that worked. The ac also didn't seem to be working. The front door was propped open and it was pretty warm in there (IN THE SUMMER!) There was also an employee in a reddish orangey shirt asleep on one of the pedi chairs the entire time I was there! When it came to the end, I was waiting for my nails to dry and the lady reaches her hand in my pocket to try and get my money! Who does that?! I am in complete disbelief at how unprofessional this place was! I will never be coming here again! read more
