This place is right across from my apartment. Which was great for me since I didn't want to drive too far. They catered to me!! They were sweet and not too pushy. They asked exactly what I wanted and made sure every step of the way. No mistakes and no pain. It was really relaxing as they were playing classical piano music and the sound of the aquarium in the background. I'll be going here in the future. read more

Wow the customer service here was so nice & friendly. I was blown away by the variety of colors they have! Sooo many color options for dip & shellac. Deluxe pedicure was a good price! They also offered complimentary margaritas. The experience was refreshing after dealing with such poor service at a few other nail salons in Midland. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work! Thuy is so sweet and did a wonderful job on my pedicure & Toni is a pro at getting my nails just how I like them. Beware: Kiara Sky dipping colors samples are false representations (see the attached photo of the metallic gold I chose one time which came out to be pink :/ but thankfully Toni warned me about that ahead of time). read more

Visiting from Houston and decided to get my nails done. Tammy was absolutely wonderful! Her massages were great and she did a wonderful job on my dip nails. The dip nails include cuticle cut & hand massage which is definitely not the case in Houston. It was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be getting my nails done here when I come visit the hubby. read more

After reading reviews here, decided to try Serenity Nails for manicure. Big mistake. He was hurried and the results looked very unprofessional. No arm massage included, I had to clean under my nails myself, and I told him I wanted squoval-shape(a squared oval) and he used nail clippers and cut too much off corners, so when corrected, my nails were too short. I had Shellac old polish on, which comes off easily after a short soak but his hurrying left some old polish on and when I protested, he coarse-filed it off. I kept telling him not to use coarse file and brought my own file but it was too slow for him I guess. My finished nails had little bumps on them, especially around edges but other places too. Also, place needs some better lighting, especially where you pick out colors, as what I thought was nudish-copper turned out to be a lilac when I left building. I'm picky and told him so before we started. Afraid to go back and try someone else. read more

I just had the most amazing experience at Serenity! I got the jelly pedi and gel nails. Of course, the best part about it is the massage included with your pedicure. Trudy (hope I got the name right) got all my knots out and left me feeling truly relaxed. I will come back many times in the future! Don't miss out on this gem. Well I have am not usually big on long winded reviews....but I cannot tell you how impressive this place is. I am a very difficult and indecisive client and they go the distance to make me happy! Their jelly pedi's are the absolute bomb! Everyone is friendly and professional. They do an amazing job on my eyebrows as well. I cannot recommend this place enough! I called ahead to see if they could accommodate an elderly client in a wheelchair. We were greeted at the car & offered assistance. How thoughtful! I was assisted in helping her into the pedicure chair, which she loved! She chose a beautiful hot pink polish & thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful mani-pedi & I was able to relax & have one myself. This salon was a disappointment. They were not able to execute a picture of a color design and instead of saying so and having us choose something different , they did a bad job at trying to recreate it and pass it off as professional. Also, during a regular acrylic fill, things were going well but a week later two of my nails broke off. The remainder are bumpy and not smooth. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

The people here are amazing, the space itself is very relaxing. My mother and I had a very relaxing and good time here.

This place is terrible. The employees are very rude and inconsiderate. I had the dip powder and they chipped after one week. They started lifting up and my hair would get caught underneath them. The dip was completely uneven. There are several other nail salons in town that will do the dip powder and they last a month and don't lift up! This place is not worth your money. I will not be going back. read more
