Nothing was missing and we had 5-6 days worth of clothes cleaned and delivered back to our hotel within 8 hours . The value for the effort was well worth it . We were only in Paris for a few nights (in the midst of a 14 day trip) and decided to take a chance on using their drop off service - thanks to all the positive reviews here. We arrived at 10am, and Florian could not have been nicer. He told us to come back at 7pm. Everything was perfect, and it was only 18 Euros for a week's worth of clothes for 2 people. Excellent service. They picked up 2 bags of laundry and we chose the 24 hour service yet we received it same day it was an awesome surprise to see we got our stuff so quickly. It cost us 40 euros. And it was worth every penny the clothes smelled great and they picked it up and dropped it off right at our hotel. Dropped off laundry late morning at their shop and they returned to my hotel in the evening. When called the person I spoke to spoke English and was able to answer my questions. We had originally intended to pick up ourselves but when dropped off they said could return deliver to us. Stellar service. So easy to book online. We made some many mistakes and at every turn they went above and beyond. First we put in the wrong pick up address. We sent an email and after a few minutes, got a response updating our reservation. The day of, due to a name mix up (not their fault) , they didn't get to our room to pick up. We were worried we wouldn't get our clothes and maybe even lose our deposit. An email was sent and quickly the offered to come and pick it up again! In short order we had our laundry picked up. This self service laundromat was easy to use. You could purchase laundry detergent as well. Machine takes coins as well as 5 and 10 paper euros. Instructions are in French, but the visuals should guide you along even if you don't understand French instructions. Another reviewer was kind enough to publish English instructions. One tip I discovered too late: When you input the type of clothing you have (for example I had whites so I tapped on "Blanc") it corresponds to the cycle length. Even though I had white clothes I could have input another number and would have gotten a shorter cycle (which would have been fine in my case, because the clothing just needed to be refreshed, it wasn't soiled). Great quick service laundry. We dropped off one large size bag full of both darks and whites. Total price for all including fluff and fold was €20. A little steep but it was convenient. Hours aren't as stated on Yelp. Looks like he opens at 10:00. He lives upstairs so you could "whistle" to get his attention. He was enjoying breakfast at home when we arrived but came down when he heard us mummering about. There is a phone number on a board in the window if the guy is out and doesn't hear you. Our clothes were returned to us in 1.5 hours, start to finish. If ever in Paris again, I'd come back. Don't waste your time on the self service laundry down the street. It's like €12 for 2 loads. Pay the premium and go eat a crepe and grab a coffee while the nice guy takes care of the rest. read more

This is the best laundry (wash and fold) that I have found anywhere in Europe. They do a terrific job on the laundry, at a fair price (a little too low -- EUR 16 for a huge bag), and rapidly finish and return it to you. A great family-run shop (I met the son who runs the shop, and who is super friendly, and speaks great English, and also his father who came in later, when picking up my laundry. Also you can have them pick up and deliver the laundry for only EUR 4 more. They do pick up and delivery early in the morning or in the evening when traffic isn't as crazy. The shop is closed in the late morning/mid-afternoon but their posted hours are accurate. read more

I contracted them first thing this morning to arrange for the pick up, wash, fold and return of a large bag of laundry (we've been in London and Paris for 6 days). Matt was a dream! Lavey Livery was just the service we needed--just like any New York City neighborhood laundry. We had been in Berlin for a week, and they don't have driers there, generally. In Paris, Matt texted about how to leave the bag of laundry at the front desk, and gave us an estimate. It was perfect. Less than 12 hours later, our laundry arrived back at the hotel's front desk in a tidy little box. The change from our 50 euros was neatly tucked inside. Total cost for about 10-15 pounds of laundry: 30 Euros, not unlike a Chinese laundry in NYC and for washed, dried and folded laundry. Thank you Matt, what a great concept, hope you do well with the business. One of the biggest pains of travel in Europe is finding a way to do laundry and not pay tons of cash or walk kilometers to some run down laundromat. The Hotel wanted 10 euro per shirt, 15 euro for pants, my laundry would have been 100s of euro. At those prices I simply ferment until I, and others, can't take it any longer, then its bath tub wash and dry. My wife found him on line, emailed him, and got a response in minutes. He preferred to communicate via Whatsapp and we worked out a payment and pick up plan. Dropped off our stuff at the Concierge with enough money to cover an estimate, Matt picks it up, does the laundry, and drops off our load with our change. Fast and reliable. Spent the day sight seeing rather than laundry. Much better than my typical laundry person, my wife..... ;) Expertly washed and folded. Don't bother. Absurd - a 2 day lead time to schedule your laundry pickup. The website doesn't work - at all and they claim to have 7-day customer service (I put in a lot of effort to try and do business with them) but they do not respond to texts and emails. I gave up.
