I had a terrible experience with her. She was working for another attorney and my case was dumped in her lap. She could care less- what a waste. She was indifferent. She uses legal jargon to talk above you-- and I'm a doctor!! She didn't have any sense of interest or compassion despite the thousands I paid. Ms. Lavinsky is a top notch family law lawyer. I went to her after a family member of mine faced her in his custody battle and was impressed by how good she really was. My custody case was out of town and I was thinking about a change in venue to Los Angeles. Ms. Lavinsky talked to me at length on the phone. She set up an appointment to meet in person at her very nice office. Despite being late from traffic, she still gave me a full hour consultation.
