The place is brand new and had plenty of space to move with lots of pedi & mani stations. The atmosphere was spa like with soft relaxing music and pretty quiet. This place actually smelled good and didn't have that awful harsh acetone smell like most salons have which was a huge benefit! All of the staff was super welcoming and nice. Vi was running a little behind from her previous client so instead of having me sit there and wait, she had her coworker begin removing my old manicure until she finished up. She was super friendly, precise and took her time. It took a total of 75 mins. I would highly recommend her! The only downfall to this place is that they don't have massage chairs while getting a pedicure but instead of have large comfy chairs and they are a bit pricier than other places. $55 - dip manicure $10 - nail polish removal Overall the experience was great and I will definitely be coming back!!

The problem is that it is now 3 weeks after our pedicure and I had to deal with an infected toe due to the fact that the nail tech seemed to be in a rush and cut my cuticles much too short and opened up my skin. When having an appointment at 2, and a walk in coming in and her nail artist who was about to do her nails, stops and starts on the other person. when she asks if they need her to reschedule they tell her "we will get to you when we get to you". I then schedule my appointment because i assumed maybe they were just having a bad day. and it was so much worse. when i ask her if she can be more gentle on my nails she scoffs and walks away, only to come back 5 minutes later and be even rougher. i'm disgusted. don't waste your money

She did my wedding nails which were absolutely gorgeous, she took her time and made sure they looked the way I wanted them to. I have unfortunately not had the best experience the last few times I've been in there though :( Two different times I made an appointment I had to wait over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I love that they are so busy because they really have done a great job in the past, but I've also noticed lately that the lengths of my nails aren't even and sometimes crooked. They seem to fall off easier after a fill and the last few times I've gotten my nails done, the previous color wasn't fully taken off. I was able to see all 3 colors I've had through the nail. I just got pink done and could still see the blue from my previous set through it. It's really upsetting because I finally found someone I loved going to but my experience hasn't been the best the last few months, it always feels like i'm being rushed and it's not exactly a cheap thing to get done ($55 for a fill IMO is a little high) I may need to try to go elsewhere. :/

I tip her WELL because she gives me her time instead of rushing me out so she can make her next buck. I have had my nails and pedis done there many times and generally LOVE IT. However, the guys in back (my nails lift EVERYTIME) don't do a very good job. Idk if it is a girl thing or if they have been doing it so long they don't put the TLC into it that I expect for the money I am paying. The young ladies that do them, they are always perfect and last longer than 2 weeks. I have NEVER had a bad pedi there!
