However, I went in yesterday and I was so disappointed that out of all the workers, only one was wearing a mask (and she was wearing it below her chin, so not even wearing it). Even the owner's daughter was not wearing one. Athens has a mask mandate, and in the midst of COVID it was EXTREMELY disappointing to see Epiphany not taking the health of both their workers and customers seriously. I'm not going to take stars off because I want people to support this local business, but I hope the owners see this and make a mask mandate inside their store. I know for me personally I will not be back in until masks are required for employees.

I can't say how many times I expressed my unique style requests and the clerks would come up with the most god-awful combinations (yes, lots and lots of $'s) that were designed to make me look 92 years old (and I'm definitely not 92!). Thirty minutes later, a $267 tea kettle is rattling around my trunk. No box, no paperwork, nothing. The salesperson handed me the bag without saying anything!! Any reputable business would let you know the situation, perhaps offer a discount, and give you a choice about whether you still wanted the item. I returned the item and will never be back again. When this business goes down, they will only have their own questionable business practices and poor customer service to blame. (btw, their breakfasts are super oily and disgusting)
