And before you "try" to make this appear that "the customer was already irate", let me be clear that I was very calm at the onset of my call. Instead of taking accountability, you made several excuses and only offered a pathetic $8 refund for the balloon. When I pointed out that the flower arrangement looked off-kilter and skimpy for the price, you dismissed my concerns, saying, "It's the designer's choice." I also tipped the florist, making this even more frustrating. I want my tip back too!
