I wish I had a photo but I did not want to take photos at the funeral service. I ordered the " Rays of Light" sympathy spray and it was delivered early in the morning before the viewing. It was beautiful! When I placed the order I called Crystals to confirm the order and to ask if it can please be full, even if the flowers had to change. They did not disappoint! It was so beautiful and I am so grateful. It was full and the flowers were perfectly bloomed. It looked like the flowers were growing out of the spray, almost like a natural garden. My boyfriend bought me flowers and had them delivered to my work as a surprise and when then arrived, I sent him a picture saying thank you. Well it turns out he had purchased the biggest flower bouquet and I had received the smaller one. He called the flower shop and the manager Crystal answer and he let her know what had happened and she said they ran out of the flowers that original are use for the premium bouquet he ordered, so they used what they had, which made it a deluxe size (smaller). She was really loud and rude with him over the phone but said she would give him $10 back. The totally cost for the biggest bouquet was over $100 dollars. She didn't even notify him that they are out of those flowers or reimburse him for the cost difference. I called the next day, and spoke to the manger Crystal. She got very loud with me and said that she had told him what happen and he was fine with it and she would give him $10s. I explained to her that my boyfriend lives across the country at the moment and wanted to send me flowers from time to time and was hoping he could use her service but now is really upset due to this situation. she didn't apologize or help us out with the order we weren't pleased with but said she would send back $20. It's been over a week now and she still hasn't refunded him. Extremely disappointed in the service and the lack of professionalism. Would NEVER recommend Crystals flower shop! read more
