The staff were all very friendly, courteous, and made me feel right at home. That is important because I am a man (there were other men there, but most customers by far are women). Got my hair washed and cut by Jennie. She was very pleasant and professional. I liked the cut she did. I was very upset, and asked what could be done and was not given any options. All she said was She felt so bad. So I had to make her feel better after what happened to my hair. I cannot find a salon that will touch my hair for color or anything due to how damaged my hair is. I am told I must wait a long time to let it heal. All the while I am left with WAY worse hair that I went in with. I wish i never did this, or at least was told what to expect from my hair after I had these done. I had the protein treatment done 3 days ago. My hair is so soft and straight and zero frizz (frizz was my huge issue). I've washed it, I've let it air dry and I've blow dried it and my hair is completely straight and no frizz. I'm so happy I went to her to get my hair done. I see some reviews complain about the price but for the time she put into getting my hair repaired was worth it. My hair color was the same price it is at chain salons and the cut was cheaper than other chain salons. I would recommend this salon to anyone needing hair repair and this will be my hair salon going forward.
