So, of course I went ahead and purchased the deal on 7/15. I attempted to call to schedule an appointment for eyelash extensions on 7/19 and left a voicemail. I NEVER got a call back. Over the next 2 weeks I emailed and called several times and never received a call or email in return. At that point, I realized nobody was going to get back to me so i decided to head over to the place of business personally on the afternoon of 8/2. I spoke with an associate from this business, and she told me that her partner Rebecca was busy with another client. I decided to wait for her and ended up waiting for an hour and a half to personally schedule my appointment . When she was done I spoke with her and scheduled an appointment. She added me to her schedule on her phone, or so she said she did and I left. On 8/15 I sent Rebecca a text to confirm my 8/17 appointment, since she never sent me the reminder text she said she sends 48 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. When I got a reply back she told me she didn't have me on the schedule. I found that extremely weird since she did it right in front of me IN PERSON! I texted her back to ask when she would be available again and never received a response back. So I just gave up. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service. Maybe the people that purchased this Groupon deal aren't important enough to be acknowledge as potential future returning customers.

I notified Carla and she made an appointment for me to come in for a touch up. Carla accused me of NOT following her instructions. Carla offered a touch up. After leaving her salon I called her to let her know that the pain was unbearable. She told me to apply ice, I did. The pain was getting to wear I could not see out of my eye, I was in agony to say the least. I walk into my eye doctors office and he ran afew tests. The doctor said that I had several scratches on my cornea. I have never been in so much pain. Never let Carla Smith near your eyes!
