I dropped my dogs off inside her grooming area, 15 minutes later I received a call telling me my dog was running on highway 98. She had the nerve to claim that this dog who stands less than 1 foot tall on all fours managed to open a storm door with push button function, an exterior door with turn knob, and a privacy fence latch that sits eye level to me at 5 foot eight inches tall and let himself off her property. Although Aussies are very intelligent animals none of this possible. He was thankfully found after hours of searching, covered in burrs ,soaking wet, with bloody paws and legs, he was terrified, the pads of his feet were so torn up he wouldn't walk on them for days. Please care enough for your animals to find a groomer that will show the same level of care for your pets that you would. This groomer is not that person.

I have take theses dogs for years to groomers and never had a groomer who said she could shave them and then at pick up said she doesn't shave dogs and didn't finish but still charging outrageous amounts. She even suggested we take them to a vet for grooming under sedation. Again it has only been a few months since there last grooming in TN And . She does well with fur babies with special needs which a few of our dogs were before they passed. Colleen does well with dogs that are easily stressed that may not have fun at a groomer.
