Mice have infested many units and several units are now being treated for bed begs "at owners expense". If you have children don't be deceived. They are not allowed to ride bicycles, roller-blade, roller-skate, and any ball playing. If it sounds unreal just read the sign as you come in. I wont even begin with the question of drug activity or the times we have come out to several officers indicating we should go back in as they cover both back and front doors of their units holding their hands on over their weapons. Now that's just the environment lets talk about the people. Most and I say most because you cant say everyone are friendly and very helpful. The children play together well. there is a very small park out back with a swing and monkey bars. Sorry no toddler swing. It also has a streetlight. Trash is collected once a week and if you ever have a issue police or fire are less than 2 min away usually. Ambulance may take longer due to our local station being moved all the way to the hospital now instead of hear the police station and they may be out on a call. The police are really great and so are medical services. I haven't mentioned fire because the other two get her quicker. The walls are thin so what ever happens outside you will know. Also its a town house apartment so you will know every time you neighbor runs up and down stairs hits a wall hangs something takes a shower whatever. Its apartment life. This place is great to catch you breath take a moment save up to get a place and move one. If it wasn't for the vermin. And it has become a really big problem. They are in the walls the ceilings and they only spray every other apartment every month so the bugs literally run from your neighbors house to yours. Apparently over 700 a month per unit isn't enough income to treat each individual apartment every month so we are on a budget treatment plan. The company that owns the apartments and complexes in several states I seriously wonder how well each of them are doing. Lastly, just in case you looking in the Commerce, Georgia area the same company own's Jackson Hills as well.
