I throw away more than 6K going trough child custody battle. They charged me in advance like opening a savings account and you received a monthly statement of all deduction charged to your account. The statement is very funny. You will see descriptions like. Example MAY 13 calling the other party conversation for 30 mts cost $120 Send letter to the other party cost $80 Review documents from other party $200 Going for representation to court $800 Etc. And so on. He will connect with the other party lawyer to try to do the best to get in circles and make things longer to milking your account faster and ask for more deposits. I remembered making a second deposit and in more than 4 times being in court not even the last name of my child were changed. The arrangement for paying child support was exorbitant high. I didn't see a really interested on my needs. At the end I decided to dropped him off. Cut his services and represent my self on court. Because I knew what I wanted I was able to speak directly to the judge and the first thing I asked was my kids last name change it. Immediately the order was honored. Simple things that never got fixed with a lawyer firm. I definitely waste my money. Sometimes I even thinking to opening small claims asking for percentage of my money back because I pay for services that never accomplished anything and advance me nowhere on my case. That was my personal experience. Now I'm happier than before because even that I don't have 50/ 50 custody with my children I Decided to get along with the mother of my kids to prevent repercussions on them. I got to see them whatever I want. Spend quality time and my obligations are not expensive like when I had legal representation. This is just a name brand. Worst job in handling my case. Attorneys work for their clients, not the other way around. It's like buying Prada, but go to Target for the same thing, all purses hold money, all clothes cover the body. Billed me for same thing several times, and could not get me what I was entitled to for a long term marriage. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They did not fight for me at all and had to settle. I had to do a lot of the investigating. 3yr process with little assets to divide. We are not celebrities. read more

Christian Scott is the best. I've been in a couple situations that had caused me to be in the court system and unfortunately had to get an attorney for court. My father hired him for me so I really did not know much about him or how he did business with the court. Christian was professional and kept fighting for my case to be lowered over and over again. This incompetent firm does not deserve even 1 Star. They will soon hear from the Bar Association. Please I beg any male or female who needs serious representation on legal issues to never hire Scott. He provided no legal guidance and spent our family's money writing letters to negotiate with the opposite side without our permission and billed us colossal amounts of money. When he was challenged he coward and fired us instead of helping us resolve our concerns. He needs to be investigated and have his license to practice law revoked and be put out of business as he is ripping off the public. Scott prides himself in knowing divorce and family law but he is incompetent and will only take your money.
