The worst experience I've ever had with an attorney. I hired him to help me with a criminal case, and he completely failed to follow through. There were constant cancellations, missed appointments, and ignored phone calls. Even the judge had to remind him to keep his appointments. Today I want to apologize and say that Roland had called me to talk after he heard how disappointed I was and through that conversation he has won a fan and I can only hope , a friend . William is the most experienced and excellent lawyer out of all i've seen these days. And I've been dealing with a lot of lawyers till this day. My medical board license was put on probation due to my DUI in 2016. So to be able to apply for early termination of my medical probation I had to get rid of criminal probation first which was for 5 years. I hired a lawyer named Holden Green an Santa Clara county in 2020 and he was horrible. I think he had dementia, because he filed petition with the DA where he checked that I am not on probation and also filed it with juvenile instead of adult probation. On top of that he always was forgetting why I was put on probation. Also after I hired him and paid his money, before couple of days of court date he asked me to pay him extra explaining that it was a long ride for him to drive to Salinas. He f***d it up and the judge refused my petition. I had to wait another year to file a petition again. When I hired William when the time came he was on top of things. Any questions I had he would always answer and when the court date came it was obvious he performs his duties well and knows his job.
