They turned off the water behind the toilet and did not turn it back on when they left, by 89 year old father (who is still recovering from a broken hip) had to crawl around and turn back on. Then rescheduled the work for 2 weeks out, got call today that they couldn't come on the date we had scheduled because they had a "big" job that had to be done on that date. When I asked who was on the schedule first, I was told we were but the other job is a "big" job and those people would only be available on the day that we were scheduled and we would have to reschedule. What a way to make your customer feel valued! Told them that was not my problem, we had rescheduled things ourselves in order to accommodate and we wanted the date we had been promised. Was told "we don't want to do business with you" - that makes two of us buddy!!! Save yourself the heading of dealing with incompetence and go to a big box store!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carpet was expected to be received in a week and was told it wasn't in the system so he'd call the warehouse and would get back to me the next day, I had to call them. It took from July 9 to July 30 for stair carpeting. The only thing good was the installation.

Today I was able to directly talk with the President of the company in person and he took his time to let me know that the company is already looking to future proof their methods and even ask me for my recommendation of what would I as a customer feel comfortable with for a safer transaction. I have full confidence that this company will keep growing and providing for many more customers for the better. Old Review for transparency: The reason Im giving them a bad review is that I was told to write down all my card's info because they can't run it until Monday and this day is a Saturday. I called them back Tuesday and was notified that they have already ran my card a while back and will call me back to let me know about my order (I never got a call back). I check my statement and show it was ran the day I came in on Saturday. Today on, Wednesday I checked my statement again and a FRAUDULENT transaction was made to Walmart.com (probably thinking its a safe bet that many people shop there, Not I, online that is). America's FS tells us it's the manufacturer's problem, the manufacturer states the "wear layer" (clear layer over the top) is the only warranted component. Do not buy from AFS, and do not consider LVP, you'll regret it and have to have it replaced.
