The 3rd check for pay period May 4-17 , 2026 as yet to be received . You can never get a hold of David Ronstadt or Steve Acosta who are the owners. The daytime dispatcher is extremely rude. We have filed a claim with the Industrial Commission , Labor Department and are hoping to get some resolution. Blocking phone calls , no general communication about lack of pay and not responding to employees questions regarding their pay is the MOST unprofessional thing I have every experienced. My husband and since quit his position, but this has placed a huge financial burden on our family . So I see that the clients on YELP have given Delta Security great reviews , but just know that they are are not an ethical company when it comes to their employees.

On the 3rd year of my contract, we moved and they did not service my area. They wouldn't allow us to terminate our contract so we continued to pay for service we didn't receive for 6 months. I called every month, for 4 months prior to expiration of my contract to ensure my contract was cancelled at the end of the term which was November 2020. Here we are in January 2021 and they've continued to automatically draft my payment and refuse to give me a refund. I even received a call back from a supervisor named Summer, to say my account had been closed and I would no longer be charged, the voicemail wasn't enough evidence to get a refund. I'm beyond frustrated, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Stay away from SELECT SECURITY!
