They handled every aspect of the case for my family and took care of us from beginning to the end. Mr. Dutson's legal assistant Nervana was incredible to work with and walked us through every step of the process.I would definitely recommend Mr. Dutson and his firm to anyone that is in need of a good qualified local attorney.

Not this lazy SOB. His version of a "half hour free consultation" is a seven minute telephone relay of 'he-said-she-said' between the client and his secretary, while she covers the phone and hollers back and forth with Dutson. When the actual complaint of being overcharged by a local government agency came up, his resolution was, "Just pay it. It's cheaper than hiring me." Or, in other words, 'I never was much good at negotiating, and have no litigation skills or trial experience whatsoever.' At least the incompetent bastard was being honest. Personal injury, automobile accidents and wrongful death actions don't require legal skills. All a lawyer needs to learn is how to throw a number at the insurance carrier, and wait for them to pay it. Keep 40% for doing nothing, and dribble the rest to the client. Simple. No legal or special skills required. It's the easiest law on the books anywhere. There's an old saying that bodes well for slippery shysters like this guy: "If you can't trust the big words in a man's ads, how can you trust the fine print in his contracts?" Food for thought.
