Just before contacting Mr. Cobos, I had managed to finally find my mother's daughter's ex-husband in New Jersey. He told me that my mother was living in Arizona and had recently moved into a senior living center. I phoned numerous senior care facilities in Arizona on my own and had no luck, so I decided I needed help. I did some research on private investigators in the area and called David Cobos. When I spoke to him on the phone and told him my story, two things stood out for me. One was that he really cared about helping me and the other was that I was in good hands -- he knew what he was doing. Well, the result was that, in a very short time, he managed not only to locate my mother, but found a photo of her and shared it with me. Thanks to him, I was able to get in touch with her. I wish I could say it was a joyful reunion, but she denied being my mother and made it clear that she didn't want anything to do with me. Here's the thing.
