If I lived close by, you would see me going for a walk here, enjoying coffee while getting work done and eating a yummy pastry. The high ceilings and huge glass doors are everything. Vibes are immaculate, 10 out of 10. The coffee is great too. There's seating inside and outside. Service is quick and friendly! There's parking, free water and bathrooms available for customers.

When you push the button for the water area a set of sprinkles will shoot water up in some random pattern for kids to run around in. The water area seems like it's suited for toddlers, but even older kids really like it and will crowd you out if you're not careful, it's playground rules after all. The city is pretty good about keeping the park clean and fixing broken equipment, which they better be since local residents are paying monthly maintenance fees. :) I come here all the time with my son and we never see anything too jarring as far as trash goes and even if the equipment is dirty, it's usually cleaned up by the next time we visit. There's also a set of 4 picnic tables under a gazebo type structure, along with a few other tables and bbq grills around the playgrounds. Thankfully there are also some trees lined up close to the playgrounds and these provide some shade for parents in case the picnic tables are too far to keep an eye on the little ones. A short distance from the playgrounds there is a half court for basketball and a small skateboarding area. To be honest it looks like this area is not totally finished. I would pack some extra clothes in case your little one decides to get wet on a hot summer day :)

This review is for the dog park…read more If you want a dog park that focused on community and relationships this is the one! The people here are so nice! They have little holiday parties at the party (July 4th, Halloween, Christmas, etc). This is a great place to make friends. There is a great group of regulars in the morning and evenings. There is a big dog side and also a small dog side. They share a fence line. There are also poop scoopers and a water fountain. Seating is pretty limited to a couple benches. The actually park itself while clean is a bit bare. It's mostly dirt with a few young trees. This is not the right park for a dog that just wants to sniff around because honestly there isn't much here. I don't think I've seen a fight at this park. So if your dog likes to play with other dogs and you want to make friends too this is the place! Since this area sorta backs into open space/marshlands I highly recommend staying current on flea and tick preventatives. Especially ticks. My dog got a tick on his head here. How? Probably from getting close to the bushes on the outer perimeter of the dog park fence.

It wasn't supplied with toiletries of any kind and there is no privacy for the stalls. Maybe something can be done to revamp the restroom. Weekends are crowded as there are kids playing ball or the bbq spots are rented out. Weekdays are pretty tame. Worth checking out and they even got benches on the trail to take a break.
