Called for inspection to go over how the so called warranty worked. Denied coverage by the company saying it was a workmanship warranty and it was built correctly. Our home insurance said they would drop us if drainage wasn't repaired so had to start deconstruction. While taking wall down it was noted that proper building techniques were not used such as wall 1.5 inches out of level, no drainage aggregate used behind blocks, proper footer was not dug or laid, existing French drains were deadheaded with no exit, the French drain installed by them did not work plus being at the wrong level, and no use of Geogrid reinforcement to name a few. It was a poorly constructed moisture retaining wall that forced water to blow between blocks under pressure while also undercutting driveway spreading damage. Ignorance was demonstrated with everything found while deconstructing. they were nice enough to leave their garbage buried behind wall too. We had a better qualified installer make temporary repairs until we decide how to move forward with this undertaking.

And driving through Lowelville, and Giant Eagle in Poland, did a Google, and saw Kushner's was very close to our location. Went there, it was after 4pm on a weekday. Was suprised they were even open. Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily.
