Then called back to a different department hoping I could talk to a REAL person and did told him what happened and ask him if he could switch me to someone I could talk to yep sure will then switched me yes was put on hold and waited then said to myself well likely will be cut off again so I hung up. I know you guys are busy but if its this bad just say no call will be taken at this time. So word to the wise go there if you need some info as that's all I wanted.
