gave this company multiple chances, and unfortunately, the experience kept getting worse. I initially dropped off my lawnmower for a full inspection because the belt was grinding. I specifically asked them to check everything and replace the belts. After waiting two weeks, I picked it up, but within the first week of use, the belt popped again. I brought it back, and they kept it for another week and a half, claiming they replaced multiple parts. Yet again, after only a week of use, the belt failed. I returned it a third time and was told it would be ready in three days. When I called, they said the mechanic hadn't even shown up or looked at the mower. At that point, I took it to my regular dealer. They informed me that none of the parts had actually been replaced and that the components on the mower were still used/old parts -- which explains the repeated issues. This was a complete waste of time and money. The work was not done properly, communication was poor, and I cannot trust the service provided. I do not recommend this company and will not be returning. read more

Friendly people , but bought a part for the mower and that wasn't my problem since I put the $100 part on they would not take it back or take it back and take some off a new mower . It was not a electrical part , they wouldn't even take it back at a 25% restocking fee . Little disappointed with that read more

Disappointing. I paid $600 for what amounted to changing a $200 carburetor, spark plugs and oil. I requested a full overhaul of my riding lawnmower. They did NOT change the belts, grease the joints, or sharpen the blades. After one cut I had to send it back because the blades wouldn't engage and had to go another week without my mower AND pay another $50. They also failed to fix a leaking tire even after I specifically asked for that BOTH times it was in. Too expensive, too unprofessional, and too frustrating to ever use again. read more

I purchased my lawn mower 4 years ago. It still works and starts after the first pull.

This will be the last time I step foot in that store! Took string trimmer in because trigger broke. They had it four days and I had to call for status update. They told me is would cost more to fix it than a NEW Stihl! I picked it up, bought the part and they charged me a $30 bench fee! Took it to Leonards Farm and Ranch, $25 and started on first pull! Lesson Learned! Costumer lost for good! read more

I would absolutely NOT recommend this place for service on lawnmowers. The staff is completely unhelpful and rude and they're very proud of it. I dropped off a mower on a Saturday and 9 days later they still hadn't even looked at my mower. They won't call you with updates and when you try to get updates they just treat you like a burden. I sat on hold for 14 minutes and when I mentioned how long I had been waiting the guy on the phone just said "what? I had a counter full of people". Typically, people that need repair on a mower need it so they can get back to work. This place couldn't care less about that. They'll get to it when they feel like it. Horrible experience. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere and I'll for sure not recommend this place to other people I know. Save your time and headache and find another place to have your products serviced. read more

Take forever with your equipment. Will include unauthorized charges, when you complaint they will simply respond that your stuff will be held hostage until you pay (unfortunately, they can do this by law; this doesn't mean they should though), and well, what are you going to do? Take them to court for an amount that wouldn't make sense ... they know this and use it. Rude employees. Unfortunately, it is the place to service several brand's warranty. read more

Rip off. Brought a mower in for repair for 181.00. Brought it home after a week wait only for the mower to work once. The blade wasnt even tightened brought it back and said something else was wrong with it now even more money. For that amount of money they should have inspected everything before saying it was fixed!!! Save your change kids. However We did get a refund. read more

The staff was very knowledgeable when I brought in my lawn mower for the first time, and they kept me updated on its status throughout its time in their care. The pricing seemed very reasonable, and I even spoke with the manager who made sure we were being well taken care of. I would highly recommend for any of your lawn care needs. Bought a universal trimmer head 2 weeks ago for a toro trimmer, that did not fit when I got it home. Took it back to exchange or return for a part that would fit. Talked today to the salesman that sold me the part and he refused to return or exchange without the original receipt. My wife threw that in the trash, but the item was unused, in the original packaging with the price tag on it with Lawn and Garden Warehouse on the price tag. I offered to show my credit card statement showing the date, time and amount the item was purchased from their store, but the salesman refused without "the original receipt".It was only $24.00, but I was actually going to talk to them about purchasing a $8000.00 Zero Turn from them today. They have lost that sale and my future business, I will never give them another cent of my money and would suggest that others do the same. read more

Bought Toro 22" GUARANTEED TO START mower 04/11/2016. In March 2017 took it in because it WOULD NOT START! We were told there is a manufacturer's flaw in that this machine does not have a fuel filter and it will be $108 to clean jets. They tried to charge us $35 to pick it up when we declined repair, even though their own paperwork said $35 fee for repairs over $125 if declined. After much arguing, we were able to pick it up without the fee. Toro was no help as they claimed the store told them their was water in the fuel which was not what they told us. BEWARE! read more
