EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. I hired this company for bi-weekly mowing, and Gerardo charged me an inflated fee because of the bi-weekly schedule. I was still saving money overall so I hired him. He and his crew came for one month, and at the beginning of the following month there wasn't a bill left on my door, like other companies had done in the past. I assumed that it blew away in the wind and tried getting a hold of him for almost 3 weeks to no avail. The weather was extremely dry so I did not need it to be mowed, but wanted to ensure that billing didn't go unresolved. He did not respond to my calls or texts. I meant to write this review a long time ago. When I looked up Gardner this morning to finally write him a review and I saw that one star review I was shocked and I felt so bad that I haven't written a review before now. Gerardo has always been there for me. He does bill monthly for ongoing service. He's kind of quiet but he always does when he's supposed to do. GERARDO has been my go to guy for a year and a half now. He cuts my grass whenever I need him to. I have .75 acres so it's a big yard. He has a huge rideable lawnmower so he can cut my grass in 10 minutes and it takes me like three hours to do it with my lawnmower. His rates are very reasonable. He has also been there to help me with other things like moving furniture. I am an older woman living alone and I need some help. He has been available the same or next day for so many things. The reason I'm writing this review today is because he was my hero yesterday. My central AC has been broken for a couple of days. There have been delays in getting it repaired. The first company couldn't do it and I'm waiting for the second one to come out meanwhile it was more than 90° in my house and one of my dogs is sick. When I asked GERARDO to help me install a window AC unit upstairs and I told him the situation he said "I will be right over". He came and installed that AC for us and I'm just so grateful for all of the extra things that he's done for me. I highly recommend him. read more
