They cut down the tree but left all the branches and the trunk in my yard for 4 days. While cutting, they did not bring a truck to haul away the debris, which added to the delay. Eventually, after several attempts to contact them, they arrived late in the evening (after 7 PM) with equipment that caused significant damage to both my yard and my neighbor's yard while picking up branches. I will now have to replace a decent section of SOD in my yard as well as my neighbors. Despite this, the trunk of the tree remains in my yard even now as I write this review. I will not be having them complete the work and cannot recommend their services to anyone based on this experience. Photos and video included for reference.

Everything in my sandy backyard was ripped out for prep and then leveled so I didn't have a wavy backyard. Sod came down the next day and they worked through the hot day until it was finished. They carefully watered the ground before laying down the sod and they transformed my backyard from a pile of dirt to a lush green oasis. Deposit was paid in mid-February, which was rather significant (thousands of dollars) as it's 50% down. I was told the front yard would get started in 4 to 6 weeks, which means as early as mid-March of 2022. After several calls and texts over the past 3+ months, I'm STILL WAITING on my front yard to be completed. Every time I ask for an update, excuses are given and completion dates are never provided. In early May I requested a refund of my deposit. James immediately replied and got his crew out there within days to do the demo / removal of old landscaping on a Tuesday. He told me everything would be installed by that Saturday. Two plus weeks later I am still waiting, but now my yard is in poor shape with everything torn out. I've been giving James the benefit of the doubt over the past 3 months until I recently read a review on Yelp from Dawn S. Please scroll down and read it - it is very similar to what I'm going through. If James and his crew turn this thing around and get my front lawn done, plus provide a refund of the deposit for the backyard, I will update this review accordingly.

I was in the market for some seasoned wood to keep my fireplace happy and house warm. I stumbled…read moreupon these folks here as well as on Facebook Marketplace. They're close by and family owned so I reached out; they responded in a flash! So I set up a delivery time for today, as the owner's wife said that they could deliver right away...I really lucked out as they are a very busy operation! So out they came and dropped off around a fifth of a cord. They stacked it in a nice neat pile in a corner of my garage. Joe the owner also tossed in a few pieces of pine for the fun of it. He asked me if I'd like to have a nice odor in the fireplace (lol)! Very nice man who seems quite hands on in his business. His wife Lorri is a nice and pleasant person too! Anyway, after they left we tossed a couple of those big old hunks of wood into the fireplace. Wow; this stuff is burning nicely and creates a lovely aroma in my living room! They have a "yard" near Largo Hospital and appreciate it if you go pick up your firewood. However they deliver cheerfully for a mere $10 if you're not horribly far away. So I paid for this mountain of firewood a mere $55 delivery included. That's three bundles, all stacked neatly as I asked. So I'd say that's at least 60 pretty healthy sized logs out there in the ol' woodpile. That works out to under a dollar per piece. Try getting THAT kinda value from your local Lowe's, Walmart or 7-11 if even they HAVE any in stock. As I indicated earlier, this is a locally owned small business, so I'm more than happy to support them. I really got a lot of bang for my buck, so I'd definitely call myself a future repeat customer. If you need firewood, give these folks a chance. You'll be glad you did!
