Did they say, "We can't install it" or "It's junk and it'll cost X amount of dollars more to get it running?" No!! The Sierra Outdoor Services found and repaired the broken valve then re-covered the hole with beautiful pavers that matched our back yard walkway's perfectly! They responded quickly and efficiently when other contractors were telling us it would be weeks before they could respond to fix the problem. He treated for beetles on two of our trees, which we thought they would have to be cut down, educated my husband on trees we had planted a month prior and then when we had some high winds that split our tree out front almost in half. It was so sad but Adam came and trimmed it up and carefully cut off the split part. A month later our tree is happy and looking really good and is no longer in shock. He saved our tree :) Today they came and trimmed another tree out front that was top heavy and it looks really good after its "hair" cut. Very happy with Adam and his company and crew.
