My building has been neglected by my landlord and property manager since I moved in April 2019. I booked an online appointment and within 24 hours, I had an appointment scheduled. I did not disclose how neglected the property was and upon inspecting the property, my appointment was pushed back 1 day which was totally acceptable. I even received a call to tell me that the yard required additional services and charges which I totally expected. I don't condone lazy and disrespectful landlords who use their guy to do a shoddy job, SOOOOO I will CONTINUE to use your services because there's nothing like walking outside and seeing a masterpiece like the one you left me. Your company transformed my environment into something I can be proud of. We're having BBQs, getting a pool and enjoying the summer thanks to you. And the property manager said it looked ****UPDATE/July 2019**** My property manager refused to reimburse me for your fantastic service. Which I didn't really mind because the yard looked amazing and it was totally worth it. They have begun to take care of the yard, so that's the only reason why I haven't requested additional services. It's not up to your level, but it'll do from a tenants perspective... just goes to show that I hired the best and if I ever need lawn care services again... I'm coming back to the best!!! read more

So far this season they cancelled our service twice for no reason - leaving our lawn out of control.

Despite the reliably negative reviews I've seen on Lawn Love (because, after all, who hits the internet to say anything nice?) I decided to give the service a shot. The first time they did my mowing I was left somewhat disappointed, but in fairness the issue was caused by some understandable confusion about the property line (and I was not home at the time to give direction). My issues were addressed by customer service in a timely manner, and the second visit left me quite satisfied with the service: Uniform, symmetrical cut pattern, tight edging all around, no missed patches, walkways cleared of loose trimmings with a blower. The local provider worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of their work. What originally intrigued me about this service is that it seemed like it wanted to be the Uber or Lyft of getting your grass mowed and that's a great idea. That being the case--like those ride companies--Lawn Love is entirely dependent on the level (or lack) of workmanship you get from the local providers that represent the service.
