Their scatter-brained office staff of 1, would wait 1-2 weeks to invoice and charge weekly mowings and never returns calls or emails. Well, emails, after the third try, and 2 weeks after the fact. Good mowers but terrible business.

The crew that mowed my lawn (sometimes down to the dirt in places) regularly left the gate open…read moredespite many complaints. The second complaint about the gate was met with 'that's a firable offense' and the same crew member left the gate open a third time. I also asked that the crew who had been coming and leaving the gates open never come again because of the repeated gate problems, trampling my flower bed, and in one instance, weed whacking a flower out of my flower bed. They were the same crew that came the next round, and as it would turn out, would leave the gate open when they left. I had asked them to perform some services they told me were included in the beginning stages, but it took over a month to get them to come out to perform them. There were some services they said were covered, but in the end, they wanted to charge me extra for them, which is ridiculous. I eventually gave up on the shrub trimming, in the end. All the concerns were met with slow moving action, or no action at all. I often had to call back to get them moving, waiting days or sometimes weeks for their call back. My lawn does not look good, my dog has escaped through the open gate once, I am missing flowers, and my shrubs are overgrown. There were some positives from my very brief experience. Their pest/fertilizer/weed control was great. I had no ants, mosquitos and the weeds were starting to finally die out and be overtaken by the bermuda. I'm going to miss having that crew come out. The first mow service was prompt and professional, but I never saw that crew again. I did get a call from the CEO after I complained for the last time and cancelled. He did try to understand the issues and took my complaints seriously. He mentioned that this wasn't the normal experience. I just wish I would have got the normal experience :-( I think that if they shore up their customer service and communication timeliness I could give them a try again. I would probably rate a bit higher and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the repeating gate problem and my dog getting loose because of it is pretty hard to excuse.

I had 4 *big* trees that needed to be trimmed. Several times recently my neighborhood's been flooded with letters from Wolfe Trees --"We'll be in your neighborhood next week. Call us for an estimate". Well, it worked. After trashing a couple of them I decided to go ahead and get an estimate. Why not? So I did and a lady gave me an appointment time. I contacted AJ Tree Service and had them come out for a bid. When he showed up, I could tell that tree service was his forte, not some side gig along with mowing lawns. We hired Oklahoma Landscape to address significant drainage issues in our backyard. One of the…read moreprimary reasons we selected them was their advertised drainage expertise. Their website emphasizes foundation drainage specialists and protecting homes from moisture intrusion and water damage, and Robbie spent considerable time evaluating our property and discussing a plan before work began. Unfortunately, our experience once construction started was very different from what we expected. On the first day, the crew began digging without reviewing the project with us, which resulted in work being performed in the wrong area of the yard. Over the course of the project, portions of the drainage system were repeatedly dug up and reworked due to installation issues. This led to extensive disruption of our yard, damage to areas that did not need to be disturbed, and utility lines being cut during construction. What was expected to be a relatively straightforward drainage project ultimately stretched to nearly a month of ongoing rework and adjustments. Communication from the field crew was limited, and when the project was finished, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the completed system. Most importantly, the drainage issues were not resolved. During the first significant storm after completion, water again pooled against the side of our house and we experienced a water intrusion inside our home. This resulted in damage that required additional remediation and led us to hire another contractor to redesign and correct the drainage work. I will say that Robbie was generally communicative throughout much of the process and was professional in our interactions. However, there was a significant disconnect between what was discussed during planning and what was ultimately executed in the field. In the end, despite the time, cost, and disruption involved, we were left with the same drainage problems we hired the company to solve. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Oklahoma Landscape for drainage projects. (attached photos are of the completed project)

Be careful when calling this company up for service they bill every month and continue to bill thru…read morethe winter months even when no service is being performed. So to get your lawn sprayed with kelp and fungicide and seeded it will cost you over $900 for a very small front lawn in the suberbs. If you try to cancel the service they are rude hang up on you, and immediately charge your card for the remainder of the year. And the best part your lawn still looks as bad as it did, if not worse from the thatcher and has clumps of dirt all over leaving it uneven and grass is barely growing.
