I've been using Lawn Master to help me maintain my lawn every 2 weeks for the past 5-6mo after moving into a new home. Andy and his service has been super easy to work with, very responsive, and always happy to answer my questions. Every once in a while I might need a little extra service (e.g. reseed/thatch, etc) and they're able to do it on the next visit without any issues at all. For example, when we first moved in, we also had a massive amount of overgrown blackberry thickets in our back yard and overtaking our back fence. They came and cleared all that out and got it under control with very clean and well done results. Billing is quick and simple (done online) and correspondence is done in a way that's simple and easy for me at least (via email) with responses usually done within a day or so. This has been really helpful for us since we just recently moved to our first single family home and due to our personal situation, haven't had the ability to maintain our lawn ourselves yet. read more

Competitive price, but terrible work and not worth it. Rush job. Had the mower on "sprint" and the wheels tore up our grass. Also bottomed out the mower on our grass is multiple spots over multiple weeks, killing the grass. After ending service, was chatting with a neighbor and he brought up seeing how reckless their service was. Been cutting my own lawn since. Looks better. read more

I am thoroughly impressed with Andy and Lawn Master. I was looking for someone to clean up my back yard after winter/busy spring. It was bad. I'm ashamed of how tall and out of control it got. I swallowed my pride and called Andy. He came by swiftly and did a free estimate and we talked about what I wanted and what I needed. He was up front and honest about what he could do and gave me a more than fair quote. I want to point out that I did all this during the busy time for most landscape and maintenance companies. LOTS of people are in the same boat. Of all the people I called and emailed Andy was one of few that called back. He was the only one who asked questions that made me think he was paying attention and not just blowing smoke and telling me what I want to hear. He was up front and honest about how busy he was and he STILL managed to find time to add me to his route. The day arrived for the initial clean up and Andy showed up by himself on the first sunny Friday we have had in a long time. He mentioned his crew was working at another stop and one had called in sick. I wished him luck and bravery and left to take debris to the dump and accomplish other long over due errands. When I came back 5 or so hours later I almost drove by my own house because I couldn't recognize it. It was clean. It was weeded. It was mowed. It was edged and shaped again. My wife's flower beds and garden areas were cleaned and organized. The blackberry bushes coming from the neighbors yard into mine were all gone and sprayed. The sides front and back yards...they look almost as good as the day I bought the house! The back yard went from waist high grass weeds and overgrown bushes and who knows what other nightmares, where I routinely lost my dogs and had to go look for them. (They're small dogs, but still) ; to a yard I could have thrown a BBQ on right then and received numerous, honest compliments on. I spoke with Andy as he had already left, and sure enough Andy did that. By himself. The amount of work accomplished, the quality of work completed and the respect shown to my property have shown me that I need look no further for a lawn crew. The cost is on par, if not significantly less, than other companies providing service to my area. I can tell you this much, he's worth more than he's charging. You won't find an easier to work with, more pleasant, hard working, landscaping professional around here. Call him, you won't be disappointed. I've read other reviews here and could just say "DITTO" regarding our experience. I contacted 4 lawn care companies on the same day and Andy was the third to respond. We got an estimate less than a day later and we were on the schedule the following week. (While the other two companies responded quickly, they took forever to schedule a time to "take a look".) Lawn Master's pricing was excellent and the work they did exceeded our expectations!! Will definitely use them again and we highly recommend. I called because my husband and I had just moved in to our new home, and the yard was VERY overgrown. It was a jungle of grass, weeds and branches grown over walkways. I had to play phone tag a bit, because Andy is pretty busy, but we did eventually make contact. Andy came out very promptly to take stock of the work needed, and it was a very pleasant exchange. I got a good vibe, right from the get-go. I was in a bit of a rush, because mom was going to be visiting just two weeks after we arrived, and she has some pretty wicked allergies. I don't, and even I was sneezing. He emailed me with a reasonable quote later that same day. After discussing with my husband, we asked Andy when the soonest he could come out to do the work would be, and he was able to schedule us for just a few days out. When he arrived, it was just him and one other man. I thought it would take the two of them all day; but they were so adept, that it took only a couple of hours! And they did a REALLY GREAT JOB! He was so friendly and his quote was more reasonable for our budget. We used this service for well over a year and never had a problem. They came a few times a month and our yard always looked amazing. They also did an incredible job of cleaning out a natural area that had been overgrown and a mess for years. Just completed a winter yard clean up (mowing, weeding, raking, shrub trimming) with Andy and am very pleased. After a quick initial phone call, Andy ran by the rental house to look at the job and produced a very fair estimate. I was very impressed by Shawn and his crew. They came through and cleaned out my gutters, cut the lawn and gathered up leaves and debris. The job was done quickly and very well. I also just went outside to put some covers on the outside faucets and noticed that they also took care of that, without me asking or them even pointing it out! I found Andy from his great reviews on yelp. I had just bought a house and the grass in the backyard was in very bad shape, there was hardly any grass left. I called Andy he came the next week, gave me a quote. Since we had just purchased the house we wanted to save as much money as we could with landscaping.
