What do I like about this business? Everything! This is a phenomenal company, from top to bottom. Five stars just isn't enough credit for what they do. They are truly service-oriented from the moment you reach out to them, and it starts with Dan. He's friendly, responsive and provides detailed estimates immediately for whatever work is needed. We have a 5-zone sprinkler system with a combination of drip lines and sprinklers in the front and backyard. It's a funky arrangement that needed a serious upgrade. His crew (Marvin and Jose) are miracle workers! They are real problem solvers who managed to reroute some existing sprinkler lines, fix several hidden leaks and provide more water coverage in several zones. Marvin and Jose are a joy to watch. They really enjoy their work and it shows. Marvin will even sing while he's putting in new drip lines or tying off others, and nothing seems to faze him. Both men are polite, courteous and appreciative of drinks and snacks while they work. They say "Thank you, so much" every time. After spending the entire day at our home, we tested the system and everything worked well, but there were a few dry spots I noticed the next day. Dan came by today to collect payment and I showed him the areas where water wasn't quite reaching and he said, "No problem." Marvin and Jose will come back to make a few adjustments -- at no extra charge. Best of all, the new parts they install are guaranteed for 5 years instead of one. Who does that? Marvin was great! We had some major issues with our new home purchases and irrigation leaks and old heads buried. He worked super hard to fix them all and was very friendly. When the guy came, he did a fair job. Scheduled for every other week, but often never got the second mow as he would not show up. If I called to ask about it, he would be sent out to do the 2nd mow. Biling would be a problem; would get it some months other months I wouldn't get it. Started using Earthborn n July 2023 stopped using in November 2023. I paid for the whole month November (should have been 2 mows) but only received 1 mow. Guess when you cancel their service, they don't feel obligated to fulfill their contract. read more

Dan at Earthborn Landcare really knows his stuff. I had a problem with my sprinkler systems, the heads weren't hitting all the spots on my lawn, and there were dry patches. I also had land that had settled (on a slope) and the sprinklers were literally pointing up in the air. After trying several attempts on my own, without success, I called up Earthborn. He had this job done, and fixed perfectly, in under an hour ! There were 7 sprinkler heads that needed adjusting. He actually had to dig up 3 of them and preposition them. Two years ago I looked for a landscape company to install a drip irrigation system for the garden I've planted around my house. Earthborn caught my attention because they specifically mentioned irrigation systems as one thing they specialize in, while most landscape companies don't specifically mention irrigation systems. Their reviews were good, so they seemed like a good bet. They installed a system for me. The smart way they routed things resulted in a minimum of trenching needed, and also there was very little disruption to my plants. The cost was very reasonable. This summer one zone leaked a bit when it should be off, and they sent an excellent technician (I believe his name is Ben) who also had worked on the original install, and he rapidly fixed it and the bill was modest. It appears that some sort of debris had come down my water line and damaged a plastic/rubber part on the valve. I can't say enough about how great it has been to do business with Earthborn. Especially in this time of supply chain and labor shortages, I just feel so fortunate that I picked them to do my irrigation system. read more

He worked directly with our designer to make sure the plant delivery and installation were well coordinated. Once the project started, Edgar and Ben were professional, communicative, and prompt. I don't usually take the time to review companies because I am rarely that impressed to take the time but this is definitely not one of those times. I contacted earthborn landscaping about renovating my front and backyard with new sod. It's a project that I had anticipated doing on my own, but quickly realized it was outside of my scope of abilities. They were the quickest to get back to me with their quote and they accommodated my timing needed to meet for the quote. They were not pushy at all gave me a very fair quote and explained everything that they would be doing to get my lawn looking amazing. After I excepted the quote, they gave me explicit instructions on what I needed to do to prepare for the install day and contacted me multiple times to make sure that I was comfortable and informed. On the day of the install I left work in the morning to meet the install crew, which was a very friendly Pair of landscapers that listened to a QA request that I had and assured me it would be no trouble at all. The job site was left immaculate after day one and you could hardly tell that they had torn out my existing yard and laid new dirt down in the backyard yet there was none on my patio, or driveway or landscaping pavers. Day two arrived, and the same crew was back at it and was finished by about noon. We had one hiccup at the end, which was quickly rectified in amazing quickness and responsiveness. I am beyond happy with my project and how it turned out and the neighbors have already been making multiple trips past the yard. Look at it and ask where I got it done. I will be recommending Earthborne to everyone at my work who has followed me through this process as well as all my neighbors, family and friends as this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had as a homeowner. They are amazing. Earthborn installed an irrigation system throughout my corner lot and dug up weeds and turf and covered my property with a thick layer of compost topped with bark chips. They did a wonderful job. They also have a great deal whereby if they miss a spot that needs irrigation, or even if you install more plants, they will come one more time to add irrigation at no charge (visits after that incur a charge of course). Dan is a perfectionist. He made sure every detail was exactly as I wanted it. I had lots of existing plants and he made sure none of them were damaged. In one small area I felt that the turf hadn't been removed. Dan responded immediately. He personally came out to my house, cleared away the top layer of compost, dug up the turf, and replaced the compost. Give me 20 minutes notice that he is on his way. Showed up a few minutes before scheduled time. When he showed up, he was professional and respectful. We had our bid in a couple of hours. We did not hire this company because the price was quite a bit higher than other bids.
