It was 48 hours from me emailing to ask if they had any availability to completion of the work. I love that! There were 2 guys I spoke to during the job who were both extremely friendly and helpful. They had about 6 people total so the work was done quickly. At one point as they were finishing up I heard one of the main guys ask someone to bring the ladder back- while I wanted the to cut off the low branches he said I see a dead branch up there near the top i can't leave it like that.
