The front line ladies (Ana and Jo) are absolutely fantastic receptionists that take their job seriously. They don't simply book you in for appointments. They truly go out of their way to help you and accommodate your needs. I was in a situation where I needed a ultrasound on a specific day and obviously it had to be on a Saturday of a long weekend with no availability anywhere. Ana did everything she could to get me in for my ultrasound and was so understanding and friendly while helping a panicked and emotional me. On the day of my ultrasound (which required a full bladder), the appointments were running late but Jo called me to let me know they were running behind and to control my water intake. Please tell me of another clinic that would do this!! ?? When I was at the clinic itself, I watched Jo call around to various clinics to try to get a walk in patient an urgent appointment for his father. She didn't need to do this. She simply could have told him she was booked up. She went beyond the scope of just her job description. She cared! These ladies make the clinic what it is. I hope the clinic sees what amazing gems these two ladies are. I would go back only because I know I'm in good hands with Ana and Jo.

Upon arrival on the day of my scheduled appointment , I was greeted and then whisked to the change area. Both the ultrasound technician and the x-ray technician were very professional and pleasant. The total process was completed in 15 minutes!

It's inside the Shoppers Drug Mart therefore not as big as other locations, since I'm not familiar with its setting, I hesitated a bit when I get there, but the front reception kept asking me to wait that it won't be long ... However, the nurse who took my blood test poked into my vein so painfully, that my arm got bruised even after a few days later. I had the paperwork from my Doctor along with my health card ready for the person at the service counter. Some services are not covered by OHIP and you'll have to pay upfront out of pocket. There's seating for about 20 people. The TV monitor on the wall displays the wait times before you're seen by a lab technician. Staff were polite and efficient. I was in/out in 30 minutes.
