They go above and beyond to make sure that your problems are heard and you are supported. The staff consists of some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They hold their staff to a very high standard, and unfortunately some people unable to uphold that. The children are always #1 priority here. I loved this job and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Today I was asked in one of my college courses to think of a leader I admired and my favorite quality about them. The first person that came to my mind was Director Stephanie Harvey. I could write a million things about her incredible leadership ranging from her love and passion of education to her creative and effective problem solving. However, the quality I admire the most is the kindness and humility she exhibits every single day. She always ready to listen and help in anyway she can. She would never ask her staff to do anything that she wouldn't do and she treats everyone with the utmost respect. Primrose is a wonderful place to send your children because there is a team of people ready to love them like their own.

In my experience, we witnessed Rude admin staff, the facilities used to smell bad and the lack of accountability when you report an issue should be enough of a red flag. Be prepared to be retaliated against if you speak up or try to hold them accountable. I have no idea how they're still open with all the violations they receive. My son still screams if we head that direction- and multiple other families share this experience as well. It sucks because they had some amazing teachers, who have since left, but the school needs to seriously address these very serious issues.

Our experience at Heritage Christian School has been overwhelmingly positive. The smaller class sizes have made a huge difference for our children. Their teachers genuinely see them for who they are, not just academically but as individuals. There's a strong balance of accountability and encouragement. Students are challenged to do their best while also being supported and known. What sets this community apart is the faith-centered foundation. During a major life event for our family, our kids weren't just supported, they were surrounded by a community that consistently prayed over them and walked alongside us in a very real way. That kind of care goes beyond the classroom. What matters most to us is that my kids are thriving. They feel valued, they're growing in confidence, and they're being poured into by teachers who care deeply. That kind of environment is hard to find, and we're grateful to be part of it.

I though I was enrolling my daughter in a safe school environment, but she was bullied every day and nothing done. she got in trouble for defending herself. my daughter is black and looked different. she had locs in her hair and unfortunately was not only bullied by children but teachers as well. they couldn't hide or take away the fact that she was very smart so they bullied her about her lunch, or a coach kicking her in the face with a soccer ball or about how she looked. My daughter is now grown but still it affected by the trauma she faced there. Please make sure that you research this school and make sure before enrolling your child especially if of a different nationality other the majority (white) that rules have changed and their so called " no bullying policy" is actually being withheld. No child deserves to go through what my daughter did. She is 23 and still talks about the things that happened to her there. I hope and pray that karma has touched each and everyone who caused pain, stress and heartache to my child. Alrhough I will say the devil did not win. She is happy, engaged to be married and just bought her own home. I did take her out of this school and placed her where she would strive as the smart, intelligent young lady she is. So with this being said, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE CHILD OF COLOR. Please save your child the heartache

She expects the children to excel, and she helps give them the confidence to rise to the occasion. All of the teachers are quick to identify student's strengths and areas for growth and have consistently communicated his learning plan to us via daily notes and parent teacher conferences. My son was recognizing his letters when he first started Kindergarten, and is now able to read level one chapter books at the end of the year. His verbal and written communication have improved exponentially as well, and despite his naturally shy demeanor, he is now confidently reciting poetry in front of classmates and parents. The curriculum is top notch as well and we love the diversity of subjects that the school teaches. The school staff is also fabulous. Miss Erica in the front office is always there to help with anything the parents or children need during the day. I always felt confident sending my child to school each day. I can't recommend IMS enough!

The education is well-rounded. We love the cultural appreciation that the children are taught. Our oldest entered elementary school ahead of the curve on her reading/writing and math. The individual attention is remarkable. Both of our girls have loved all of their teachers and support staff and always looked forward to a fun day at school.
