His adjustments eliminated all the pain within two visits, and his advice and simple stretches to do on my own really worked. During the 12+ mile hiking days I had some stiffness, but his stretches cleared them up. I completed the whole hike (plus extra miles to get to and from hotels) and the only pain was sore feet at the end of the longest days.
