I was referred by my primary care doctor for my migraines. Diane listened to me and took her time. She asked a lot of questions and gave me a lot of information. She took previous health issues into consideration during the process of determining what we would do to address the migraines. After lots of trial and error we found a plan that works for me. My five star is not only based on the above but their dedication behind the scenes. My insurance company is tough. They refused to approve an MRI for my migraines (I get 2-3 a week) then they refused to approve follow up ultrasounds to address the white matter they found on the MRI. They also refused to approve the prescription that worked best for me but this office refused to give up. The fought and fought for me. I never once had to contact the insurance company myself. They simply emailed me quick questions and handled it all. It took over a month to get it approved so that is pure dedication. The office is welcoming and friendly, appointments are on time.

Even though he does not do chronic pain patients he always ask about those medical issues as well as what he was treating me for. Never once did he make me feel like I didn't need or shouldn't take a medication that I knew worked for me. If I ask for additional test he evaluated me and trusted my judgement on how I felt with symptoms I had. Dr Ehly is truly one of a kind in a good way. I will miss him in starting over treatment in a new state. I can only hope to find a Primary Care Doctor half as good.

I went to him with lower back pain after a MRI in 11/18 he tried telling me it could be a problem with the veins in my leg ( which I had in my leg leg ) I know that pain as i am the one who went threw it. This was not the same pain at all, which I explained to him. And the MRI showed some disk was bulging in my lower back. I explained it had gotten worse since the MRI in 11/18. So he sent me to do physical therapy which I did. And none of that helped. Had another MRI last week and the MRI stated it was worse then the one in 11/18. Image that? hmm kinda what I told him. But I have endured the pain for all that time. Now he has had the results of my MRI since Monday and i have not heard a single word from him. Oh I called his office Monday and was told your name is on his list to call about the MRI well NOT a word from him. Maybe others have had good results from him, but not me. For two years, I struggled to find a doctor who would take my health concerns seriously. After…read morebeing repeatedly dismissed as a hypochondriac or drug seeker at other hospitals, my trust in the medical system was completely gone. Then I found out that DeSoto had an Urgent Care of Kansas clinic that opened in my hometown of De Soto, and I decided to give it a chance, though I was still incredibly anxious and skeptical. From the moment I met Dr. Saboor Rashid, the experience was different. He didn't just listen to my long list of symptoms; he really listened. He was attentive and took the time to examine me. He confidently diagnosed my issue and assured me, "I know what that is, we're going to fix it." When I left the office, still filled with doubt, I returned to ask him to confirm my diagnosis. His compassionate response, "Let's not worry about the diagnosis--take the medicine and come back to your next appointment. I do believe you," was exactly what I needed to hear. Just as he predicted, I started getting better. He has since put me on a path to healing, and my chronic conditions are improving. The severe rash that tormented me for so long is finally gone. My arthritis is under control. I'm looking into different ways to lose weight. I have also been able to get off medications like Xanax, pain pills, and Suboxone. It isn't just Dr. Rashid who makes this place special, although he could be, is that amazing. Tony, who man's the front desk,( I do need to set an appointment) answers phone calls, provides technical support with the tablets and is right on with his ability to handle insurance and patient questions all while keeping everything else in order to not once has shown if he was frustrated or makes me feel like I'm annoying if I ask questions. He is amazing. In all my visits to both the De Soto and Gardner offices, I have yet to encounter a single person who is rude or condescending. The entire staff is knowledgeable, truly wants to help, and will help. I've never trusted a doctor more and can't recommend this clinic enough. When my kids need urgent care, who are 4 and 5 years old; one of them has a brain injury, they come here too. I can't give this place enough stars and I'm not exaggerating if you're looking for a new primary care doctor or you just need to get urgwn, this is the place to be you won't find a better team! She did not take my concerns very seriously as stated. I was called simply to be insulted and informed that I was lying, as patients are always informed of this late cancellation policy. This is the WORST neurologist office I have ever been to, I'll go elsewhere! Please please read negative reviews before making your decision. You'll see a pattern. After having a great experience during my ER visit, at Menorah hospital I put trust in who they referred. My first experience with Johnson County Neurologist was the scheduling. The wait time I was given was over a month even though I stated ER needed me to be seen in 2 days. Glad I didn't die waiting for my appointment. (SMH) This is the same amount of time a patient is given without any ER visit. My second experience was with the neurologist herself, Dr. Younger, who did nothing more than what the hospital had done over a month before with the addition of scheduling a MRI, blood & Nerve test. She's the furthest thing from empathetic while trying to convince you to take prescription meds stating "it's a fun little drug". The location she selected for my MRI was a month out. Thanks to my PCP two weeks later I found an imaging center that got me seen in 2 days. It would have been the same day but they waited all day for the referral to be faxed over by Dr. Youngers office. The nerve test referred to me was with her colleague Dr Clark. Which AGAIN I had to wait yet another month. At this point it was clear this office doesn't care about finding answers for its patients in any timely manner. The day before my appointment I received a call from their office. The call was very short, ONLY stating that I had two appointments back to back and start times. This was the same info I previously confirmed from their text. There were no further details given including any cancellation policy. Living over 35 minutes away being told, if late your appointment will be canceled, would be remembered. On the day of my appointment it was storming, even leaving my house 10 minutes early, unpredictably I had to wait in multiple traffic accidents, and slow downs due to the storm. When I arrived at their location lo and behold no parking as always bc it's shared with the whole hospital. By the time I found parking and rushed in during the storm I was 10 minutes late. The front desk lady took her sweet time, a few minutes later informed me I possibly wouldn't be able to see the doctor because my appointment started at 9:40. I looked back down at my phone the time it was exactly 9:52. (Keep in mind this after the couple of minutes that she wasted) Upon checking (now 9:53) she said Dr. Clark stated he didn't have enough time to do my appointment. With having back to back appointments I of course requested to reschedule them as I wasn't going to wait around for almost an hour because Dr. Clark felt that a "40 minute procedure" (Kim Pratt's words) couldn't be completed in that little of time... (47 minutes) AGAIN they couldn't get me in for a month and a half. I'm expected to wait, continuously having issues that put me in the ER in the first place, until mid August now. That's 4 months just wasted on WAITING! Of course I shouldn't of been surprised when she had me waiting around another 10+ minutes while "rescheduling" my appointments. Something that took 2 minutes the last two times. Seems very odd! I also find it awkward how they conveniently have enough time to waste our time as patients. When you arrived on time you're expected to wait over 15 minutes in the room to see the doctor. Which is another thing I experienced on my first visit. I had waited OVER 15 minutes from the time the nurse left the room until the time the doctor came in. Yes, but me being 10 minutes late, as I'm not willing to kill myself to get there, will throw EVERYONES day off -- again Kim Pratt's words. Complete rubbish! There's no true concern here for the patients, their time, what they're going through, or actually finding out answers.

The best decision he came up with was I could just have my whole removed and or have a J pouch and go back in a later have it removed and my colon put back in. I asked him if I were to have it put back in what were the chances of it having to be redone later he said as many polyps as there were it was going to happen again, so I choose to have my whole colon removed before it had a chance to turn into colon cancer. He is so amazing and took his time to talk to me about what my colon was doing and answered any questions not only myself had but my husband and my dad had and for that I'm forever grateful to be alive at then the age of 23.

He has an extremely calming bedside manner and takes time to explain procedures and medications in a way that indicates what and why he is prescribing to positively influence your care. Every other doctor and nurse I have spoken with before or since has mentioned that Dr Graham would be their doctor of choice for gastro surgery if needed. Clearly, Dr. Graham is the gold standard for gastroenterologist surgery care.
