He wouldnt show up for meetings, rescheduled constantly, never answered his phone. He has a terrible reputation among other attorneys. At the divorce trial we got annihilated!!! I am a substitute teacher and my now husband worked in valet for 18 years, his ex wife was a nurse practitioner and made more money than us combined! My income was included, we have to pay opposing party attorneys fees, half of student loans, back child support based on a number that was pulled out of a hat! My children get SSI from their deceased parent and that goes to his ex because of all the money we are required to pay. This man is a con artist, thief, destroyer of lives! A horrible horrible attorney, and person inside and out! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN TO HELP YOU! UPDATE*** We had to file a special hearing to get Andrew List's banking information, as over 7 months after our court date he still has yet to pay. He has been contacted over 10 times between myself and the other attorney we owe money to due to his negligence. He refuses to respond or even male any kind of payment arrangement. The court date was cancelled because Carson city courts were unable to serve him because he got evicted from his office building. We had to refile, and he was finally served by someone at the courts when Andrew showed up for a case. He has recently had more than one bar complaint made against him. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. This man will jeopardize everything you have for a buck.

Not only did he lose my case, which should have been an easy win, he was also extremely incompetent. While I can't disclose the personal details of my case, I can say that I was advised by multiple local attorneys, including Andrew, that my case should have been a very smooth and easy shoe in for a win. In the end, I chose Andrew to represent me because he had assured me that he was the man for the job and seemed to be compassionate to my financial situation by convincing me that he was in it not for the money but because he cared. Later I would find out this was just his sales pitch to bag a client and make another paycheck at my expense and that he could not nor even care to empathize with my case and situation at all. I wish I could say my more than unatisfactory experience ended there, but it did not. On top of his poor skills of being a less than amateurish attorney, he also raised my concern by constantly showing up late, rescheduling appointments and even no call, no showing on one occasion. The worst part for me is not that my case was butchered by him, but that he is a DUI attorney who's office smelled of marijuana on a regular basis and who's breath constantly smelled of booze when showing up to appointments after pulling up to them in a motor vehicle. To conclude my review, my goal is to help anyone out there experiencing an already uncomfortable legal situation to keep from choosing this "attorney" who will be a surefire way to lose your case and experience the worst and most unprofessional legal service possible.
