I finally felt heard after years of horrible pain, she assured me that nothing I was feeling was normal and got me the help I needed. As someone who has worked in Health Care, I am aware that this occurs, but seeing it happen first hand is surprising. Be aware that visiting this office may mean an incorrect coding of your claim.

The ONE person outside signing everyone in was extremely overwhelmed and which made things even slower. I was very disappointed in the service to the elderly and no special accommodations were made due to the weather etc. Sorry to say it could have been much better organized and should have been much more caring for the elderly and people that needed better ADA accommodations.
