I had a full set with a pedi and two kids mani with gel....I have NEVER been so happy for a nail shop to do so well on a new client and walk-in. Tim was my nail tech and I was nervous about how fast he was going but he really knows what he's doing. I went in with my cuticles splitting and a sore on one finger by my nail. This man never cut me once! And my girls were so happy with their nails as well! My foot lady never scraped my feet which is the only reason I'm doing a 4 out of 5. Went in with my daughter for her prom to get nails done, they took my daughter immediately but I had to wait. I had to wait until three other customers walked in and requested mani and pedi, they were seated first at the pedi station. I patiently waited to see if it was because maybe the pedi staff couldn't do a mani, not the case.... They served three others before me and I almost didn't get my nails done for that reason alone. my daughter requested white bottom to a white tip and I requested the pink bottom to the white tip, they were so unfocused that we got the opposite colors. I am so upset. I wanted dip nails. They didn't take my original pink dip off. You can see my old dip through it a. They put the gel nail polish over it. It's not equal in color or sparkle. There is bubbles in the ends. They aren't shaped. They are rough and sharp. I'm so upset I spent 30$. Update. My old dip is lifting and chipping off. So upset. That's why you redo dip. read more

So I came in picked what I wanted done he did them and they turned out terrible so I asked them to take the he'll of and redo my nails so they take that color off and do a different the second it was even worse crooked nails. I went in for a removal of my nails and I had saw an employee or child of an employee sitting on the backdoor, putting old wax into a bucket. He then trashed all the empty bags and brought them bucket inside to a back room. I highly feel they are reusing paraffin wax. Just want people to know the possibility of that when choosing to add wax to your manicure or pedicure. Also, this could be happening at other salons too. read more

I rarely let my nails go "undone". However, I never could find a great nail salon to stick with in Lawton. I tore off a set of nails that were getting "loose" and my toenail polish was chipping. Bottom line, my finger and toe nails were a mess! I called this salon about 7:40p and asked if I could get in for a full set. The lady told me to come on and it would be fine. This was TWENTY minutes before closing. I walked into the salon and was asked if there were any other services I needed. I wanted a pedicure too, but didn't want to push it given the time crunch. The lady said she had time for a pedicure. I opted for the deluxe pedicure which is $45. It is a little pricy for a pedicure, but WORTH it. The deluxe package includes a scrub and hot rocks. Since I am in the Army, I cannot have crazy looking or long nails. I can't remember exactly what type of nails I have on, but I love them. The tech listened to what I needed and made it happen. I left nearly an HOUR after closing. There are not too many businesses that would stay open until almost 9p for one client. The salon looks quite new and was very clean. There are even two special pedicure chairs for kids - so cute! I am very pleased with the results and the outstanding customer service. I plan to return! *** Update *** : I went in to have my nails shortened (since I cannot have them long or even the apearance of long). The tech cut them down for free. Yes, I am a decent tipper, but I did have every intention of paying! :) My nails look fabulous again and I have found my Lawton nail salon! read more

I am new to town, but heard this place was good, so I decided to try it out for the first time. I think that's the hardest thing about moving to a new place...finding a good place to get your hair & nails done; am I right ladies? LOL The staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean. They took their time & paid great attention to detail, which I really appreciate & look for in choosing a nail salon. They offer several different types of manis & pedis, including Gelac/Shellac, which is my favorite. I also decided to get the deluxe spa pedicure, which was great & had a nice design painted on my toes too. Their hand & foot massage was wonderful too...probably the best part of getting your nails done, right? They also offer waxing services, but I have not tried that yet. Really meticulous and the whole environment is clean and relaxing. They even had a bag to put your shoes in and provide a flip flop after. Those small details! I took my Mom and sister to this salon for the Deluxe Pedi. I got an express manicure. They got the porcelain nail package. The staff was very informative and social. There was no "They're talking about me feeling" like in some salons. The chairs are awesome since they do your entire back, and buttocks. The pedicure service was very thorough and refreshing. Overall the ordeal was about an hour's worth of a process. Overall the price was above moderate however acceptable given the time of service. I will return for sure whenever I visit Lawton in the future. Update: after 3 days from intial service, the porcelain nails already showed signs they were loosening off the base of the nail. I had base and clear-coat applied which didn't last past a week. I'd suggest taking your own coatings if you need longer lasting products. read more

Lawton nails and spa looks great from the outside and inside but the quality of service is just a little off to me. That had to be the quickest pedicure I have had ever. Maybe 25 mins and I paid $40 for it. I was slightly ok with the turn out, just wish they took more time for the amount of money I spent. And the guy didn't even allow me to sit n my chair and let me toes dry. He painted them and said thank you so he could get the next person in the chair. I was supposed to get a free pair of sandals with my pedicure and never got them. Just waddled myself out the shop wet toes and all. And he turn me soo bad and I kept telling him it was hurting and he even caused me to bleed. Just didn't seem comfortable for me in there. I was very happy with this salon. It is very clean and nice. Everyone that works there is also super nice!. I went In for a fresh coat of shellac. I was greeted promptly and was asked to pick out the color I wanted. As soon as I picked out my color, the tech was ready to get started. The paint job was done very neat. I accidentally smudged a couple nails while putting them under the UV lights and she fixed them for me without any fuss. Overall it is the best experience I've had at a nail salon in this town. Time constraints and weather made it impossible for me to get to my regular salon, but was in Lawton and chose this salon due to their reviews here. WHAT A MISTAKE. Got passed from tech to tech, and moved chairs a total of 4 times. They couldn't do the design I wanted, but said they'd do similar; final tech REFUSED to do the design as I wanted. Less than a week later, and my nails (dipping powder) are already chipping (been using the powder almost a year now, and have NEVER had issues). $$ way more than I usually pay for a mani. So this is the first time I've ever been here and it was the first time in a while that I went to get a pedicure. I was super excited.... but now I will never be back. First of all the owner pressured me into getting shellac.. and definitely did not use social distancing as I saw him grab his coworkers private and he kept touching me on the back... then the lady who did my toes rushed and I got the most expensive pedicure. I told her I changed my mind and wanted regular polish. The owner walked by and saw that it wasn't shellac and as HE (the owner) checked me out. He tried to rip me off. He charged me for the shellac. I've been a patron of this spa for about a year, and I won't be going back. The last time I was there, the owner and a worker got in a huge argument, and I was almost hit by a thrown cell phone ... while my nails were drying. I also disliked how they carry on conversations while you're receiving services, and I always had this weird feeling like they were insulting me in another language. Be forewarned, if you go, take an iPod. I promise you, you don't want to hear all the complaining and annoying storytelling that goes on there. Also, they clean the foot soaking area of the chairs WHILE your feet are still kicked up, waiting to be painted. Disgusting. I've also seen one of the workers pick up and use a nail file that was on the ground at the back of the shop. They almost always did a great job with mani's or pedi's, but I had to find a new place to go. read more

New in town found a good place for good service, a little pricy but affordable. Got a appreciation service card that gets stamped for each visit. First visit I got a full set and pedicure.. Total of $90! I got one stamp! Next visit I just needed some touch ups and my daughter had her nails painted.... Well no stamp. According to the technician it must be over $18 for a stamp! Well I'll be darn! I thought the point of Appreciation card was to get clients returning??? Well that was my last visit here..
