On the first floor you'll find the huge cosmetics section (my personal fave), cleaning supplies, cashiers and the grocery section. If you're looking for cosmetics this is the best place to come for huge selection - they have a huge beauty boutique (Chanel! Urban Decay! Clinique!) and a good amount of affordable cosmetics too. Their NYX section is pretty great, though I still find myself popping between here and Lawton's as their stock varies quite a bit between the two. Upstairs you will find the pharmacy, seasonal goodies (mmm chocolates), hair care, cold and flu medications - the rest of the things you'd expect to find in a drugstore. This pharmacy is the best one I've ever been to - the staff are very helpful and caring, they explain anything you may need to know and I never feel rushed if I have questions.

This time I went to go get my prescription for my yeast infection and the doctor had written out 10 days of internal medication. So the person working firstly doesn't have it ready when it was supposed to be ready the previous day, which I didn't mind because that happens ALL the time! When I finally received what I thought was my script I started waking out and then read on the box that she gave me external cream only. So I turn around and go back and let her know I need the ones that insert inside in front of a bunch of people (super embarrassing) and I asked if the doctor wrote it wrong but they said n, he wrote it properly. Thats just how the stagf works there. So that is my reason for this rating. The odd day they're on point, but not often unfortunately.

Its a tidy, presentable store and covers all the basic tidings. Last minute trip? Yes... its the typical drug store to the rescue. With a postal center, medium-sized cosmetics section, pharmacy and all the isles in the between, Lawtons is likely to satisfy most. However, as a reoccurring customer, I've noticed poor, untimely service on more than one occasion. The people at the front cashes always seem to be more than adequate; however, its the cosmetics and postal peeps that have been off their game. I can say with confidence that EVERY time I've browsed the cosmetics section, I've been either blatantly ignored or exposed to loud conversations between staff members. If they, then, see me, and choose to make the effort, its never been with regard. This is a section of a store where people look to employees for expertise, and its just not present here. I've had a few bumps in service with the postal counter, as staff consistently appears stiff and reluctant to serve. The job gets done... but how about a little pep. Not a lot... I realize customer service can be grueling. But could you stop acting like I kicked your puppy? Sheesh. I'd like to see some friendlier service here to back up the convenience. It's smaller so it doesn't have the selection that the others do, but that doesn't mean you won't find what you need. There are always sales happening (their discounted product section is huge!) and because it's a bit hidden you'll never have to wait in line. Not gonna lie, I mostly come here because of the Post Office, but it's always great for discount seasonal products too!

Don't ask them basic questions or prepare to wait before receiving a rude, insulting response. We were asking basic questions about medications trying to avoid HBP impacting drugs. These can be important questions when taking a medication, and we were talked down to and dismissed. I'd be impressed by the amount of contempt thrown our way in a 30 second interaction if it wasn't so incredibly frustrating. Honestly, there are several other pharmacies nearly. I'd choose any of them over this one. Work on the customer service skills at the pharmacy; it might be health impacting!

My kids always make me get Aero bars from Canada, and they had giant bars on sale here, which was nice. We bought some chips and drinks to eat in the public gardens and that was very pleasant. Everyone here was kind and helpful even to annoying tourists.
