Well, I've been working with this place for about a year and a half now, and there is mostly good…read moreand a little not so good I've dealt with. So here is my honest review... The Great Working with my lawyer Janel Cisneros has been fantastic. She is professional, punctual, keeps her word, and follows up on everything. She was everything I was hoping for in a lawyer, and would I absolutely work with her in the future. Highly recommended! 5/5 The okay The paralegals were very respectful and nice, I'll give them that. But there were some issues with them being asked to make a call or get a form, and then they just don't do it. It was frustrating to say the least, as I had to do a lot of the calling around and legwork in the early parts of the case when I was still recovering. Roswill and Lisa were great, but with the others there were issues. 4/5 The bad Towards the end of my case, I had some legal questions that were not a specialty of my lawyer, so she recommended another lawyer her firm works with named David Don. After calling over a few weeks, so scoffed at me, told me it was unfortunate what happened, but he just didn't want the case. A simple no would of been fine, but this guy just wanted to insult me, and was as rude as possible. This is a BIG red mark on The Husband and Wife Law Firm. Associating with someone who treats your clients like that is very insulting, and makes me question where this law firms morals are. My lawyer apologized later, but still a huge F for both here and Mr. Don. 0/5 Well, after a very long wait I was able to experience working with multiple people in this law firm. Janel was a rockstar, the paralegals have a lot to work with, but need a bit of tweaking on following through (except Roswill and Lisa). The David Don incident was a bad stain on my opinion of this place. But overall I'm giving this place a solid 4/5. I'm putting in 5/5 because yelp giving this place 3 point whatever is way too low, and they honestly deserve something in the 4-5 range. 5/5 range if they stop recommending David Don. Thanks again Janel and say hi to Roswill for me. Enjoy the gift! Edit: I received a call from someone working at the firm to inform me they are no longer recommending Mr. Don, nor are they working with his firm. This is 5/5 attitude to have and makes me want to recommend this place more. See a problem and fix it. Not put a band-aid on it, but fix it. Well done H&W LT.

I am a past & present client of the Breyer's…read more The first case was a pretty simple car accident. Just wanted to use an attorney because I didn't have the time to deal with it myself and didn't give it to anybody in the law firm that I worked with over the last few years since my retirement. (JSH) There are a ton of personal attorneys in Arizona. After researching the top 10 attorneys in AZ, I just decided to take a chance on a very highly advertised firm, " The Husband & Wife Law Team". After finding out there involvement and support in the community and their large family and type of parents they are, I decided these are the kind of people I want to represent me. Well I cannot tell you how impressed I was with their service. Ever had a question or made a call. It was dealt with then and there.. I ended up in the hospital for a few days, how they found out I have no idea, totalLy unrelated to the accident and when I came home, there was a gift box in my mailbox with all kinds of bathing needs. Soap , shampoo...etc..etc... Been working with law practices in Arizona & Chicago for the last 22 years and I never heard of anything like this. Never even met these folks, everything was done via phone and Verisign. W a few months, I got a settlement far greater than I anticipated. Surprised me, but expected knowing the type of experience this firm has.. Every couple of months or so I get a surprise in the mail, a car carrier, umbrella, or something that is actually useful and something that I can actually use rather than some ridiculous knickknack/chochkie that you put in a closet someplace and never use. Of course it brands that their name in large but you know what makes me proud to use whatever item it is because others see it and see that name and when they ask me, I tell them, they're the ones you want. Somebody actually puts thought in what they send you. I could go on and on, but I think I made my point. If you need a Law Firm that gives a damn about you and looks out for your interest and actually cares about you. Mark & Alexis is your only choice. Warning to Parents: Deceptive Marketing and Unsafe Legal Advice…read more"I contacted The Valley Law Group because they explicitly advertise a 'Free Consultation' across 24/7 phone lines. Despite their staff confirming this over the phone, the experience was a bait-and-switch. I was lured in under the guise of legal help, but it quickly turned into a high-pressure discussion about my finances without ever receiving the promised attorney consultation. Under Arizona Rule of Professional Conduct 7.1, communications about legal services must not be false or misleading. Advertising a 'free' service and then switching the terms is a clear violation of that trust. Furthermore, the legal strategy suggested by Ryan Reppucci was incredibly reckless. He recommended that I voluntarily file for a Rule 35 psychological evaluation on myself. As a parent, I now know this is a dangerous 'legal trap' that would have opened the door for the opposing party to invade my medical privacy and attack my custody rights. Suggesting a parent voluntarily submit to a court-ordered psych eval--especially when only trying to resolve a fee dispute--feels like a setup designed to create more litigation rather than protect the client. If you are a father looking for an advocate who values honesty and your right to privacy, look elsewhere. Ryan Reppucci and this firm use 'free' lures to get you in the door, then provide advice that could jeopardize your relationship with your children."

Putting me at risk. I was told what I put down in the beginning would cover my divorce. Only to be asked for more money immediately after I asked my attorney to withdraw. I emailed asking for detailed bills and a the remainder of my money back and still no reply. Do not use this law firm!
