I came in with 6 friends and bought 3 bowls of hookah for $10 each (reasonable price). The first issue was the flavor selections: I always go with the Starbuzz brand and was happily surprised to see about 15 different Starbuzz options... Unfortunately they were out of every flavor except for a strawberry margarita. Chose the one and only Starbuzz flavor available and let my friends choose 2 other flavors. Only took about 5-10 minutes to get the hookahs setup and delivered to our couch, so not too bad on delivery time. -- I didn't appreciate the lack of tongs for moving the coal around or the crappy service when it came to getting help. The hookahs didn't rip well (I imagine because we couldn't keep the coals stoked & fresh) and it took at least 15 minutes from the time our first coal went out to get a new coal delivered. When the coal was starting to die, my friend went to the front desk, let the guy know, asked for a new coal, and then we waited... And waited... And by the time we finally got a new coal for the first hookah, all three needed new coals. Keep in mind there was maybe a total of 20 people in the hookah lounge at the time. It wasn't busy, the customer service was just slow. What you should take from this... - Great music! (if you like dubstep) - Fair prices - Minimal inventory (especially for a Saturday night) - Slow customer service (but friendly) - Didn't seem like a popular hangout spot for a Saturday night...
