A few of us came here the other night and had such a great time! This is the first hookah lounge I've been to since I lived in Vegas 15 years ago and I was very happy that it was small, quiet and chill. Perfect place for us girls to chat and gossip and smoke some hookah. It was just super chill. My friends and I hung out for about two hours and we were well attended with friendly service. They have a great variety of hookah flavors, as well as hookahs for sale, and the salespeople are very helpful in explaining the types of hookah, hoses, etc. They are the only establishment I've tipped 50% at and still feel they've given me more than I've given them. read more

It is very rare to find a hookah bar like this one. Normally it's a hole in the wall or a spare room in a restaurant the owner couldn't figure out what to do with....not this place. It is clean and set up in a lounge environment with couches all over the place. It is not crowded so you aren't having to step over people to move from one place to another. The bathroom is clean and there is a separate room for watching movies on a projector! You can watch a movie from the bar's collection or bring in your own. Aside from the benefits above, the two things I liked most about this bar was that they make their own hookah tobacco and the staff is friendly! A large crowd shows up after 8 pm and most people are regulars. Everyone knew I was a random but welcomed me in and I got to chill out with some cool, down-to-earth people as I enjoyed my double apple hookah. There is plenty of parking in the lot right out front. I have mixed reviews about this place. It was a first time hooka experience. The staff was amazing, super friendly and very helpful for first timers. They set up everything and the comfort of the couches and the space setup was very cozy. I really enjoyed the flavors and it was average priced about 8 bucks a person. I appreciated that they had a website with prices. My only complaint or more so confusion was that the day I went it took forever to find. We drove past the place three times because the sign is basically non-existent at night. We saw it during the day and that is how we knew the area. There was also a dog in the lounge and I didn't mind it. However, I felt bad for the dog because it was being subjected to all of the weird smoke. There seemed to be lots of local people and they were super friendly. I enjoyed everyone inside. I was not sure why people were bring in their own food and eating. I did not realize that was something practiced in this place. The music was really good and I enjoyed my time for the most part. I would go back if hooka was my thing. read more

I am a hookah junkie and this is the best hookah place I have ever been too. I feel ashamed I spent a whole year going to sketchy Pyramid Hookah or any others in the Springs. The prices are amazing. 8$ person person BUT you get a hookah for every two people. And the staff is friendly, profession without being off putting, kind and helpful. After going once the guy remembered me the next time I went. I always tip but when you remember me after one time I'm going to tip very well. This place is easily my favorite spot in the Springs. The staff is fun and friendly, very helpful and attentive, and bend over backwards to get you whatever you need. The atmosphere is casual and the couches are comfortable. They have a great movie room with extra nice couches that you can kick back on, and they bring in new movies every week. Personally, I like to bring video games or board games to play with my friends while we smoke, and they've always been super cool about it and even encouraged us to do so. Before I forget, the most important part is the shisha, and HoH tobacco is completely original, made right there at the bar, with bold flavor and great taste. My personal favorite is cinnamon, and I highly recommend it. They are always testing and finding ways to improve the bar and the smokes, which is greatly appreciated. There's a reason that HoH just won another Best in the Springs award. They have the best smoke, the best service and the best environment! The staff is friendly and helpful and quick to do whatever it takes to make my experience a good one. I've been in there several times a week for a couple of years now and I feel like the friends I've made there have become a second family to me. When I need to relax, this is the first place I think of going. When I can't go for awhile, I genuinely miss the people and the feeling that only this place can give me. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a wide selection of flavors. They have a projector in the back with some couches to catch a movie or an event playing with a free soda refill machine. My only suggestion would be to circulate the air more to make it less cloudy. I know it seems odd to complain about something like that in that establishment, but I've been to several where they had air duct systems on level with a casino, pumping in fresh air and diluting smoke clouds. read more

In house...that's right, the only house made brand in Colorado! The staff was excellent and very friendly. HOH staff were nice but hardly ever checked on us or explain anything to us. So if you have the time check out the one in Denver. This is the best hookah bar in Colorado Springs, in my opinion. They have some of the best shisha that I have ever had since moving here. The staff are personable and are great to talk too. They are more than just staff, they are friends to everyone that comes in and are polite to everyone no matter how belligerent they can when coming from other bars. They have a seperate room that you can relax and watch movies in on their comfortable leather couches, (don't quote me on that since they may be pleather). They mix their own shisha and find new ways to get you the best smoke they possibly can. Don't know what to order? Just ask the staff for something sweet, something tart, or just something plain good. Want more than just movies? Bring in your own board or card games. Heck, bring in your own videogame systems! Clean with good service, but nothing special. The shisha was your run-of-the-mill subpar Starbuzz that smokes forever but carries little genuine flavor. We had an excellent experience. We are from out of town and have an excellent hookah place we were used to, and Hooked on Hookah did a great job. The environment is nice and staff is amazing. Our hookah became really harsh after second coals and letting it sit for a while, and when we mentioned that, the guy fixed it right away and was able to help us. Would defintaely recommend! read more
