When your here they make you feel like family. If you're looking for a 3rd space to smoke, I'd recommend a street corner before I'd recommend this place. It's $20 to sit in someone's over-glorified garage. We came here on our trip to Denver. To our surprise, this place was empty on a Friday night. We really enjoyed ourselves! When we arrived, they let us use a rolling tray, water, as well as provided an ashtray. We didn't need anything else but I hear they have Puffco rigs and rolling papers if needed as well. Was searching online for a while debating between consumption lounges but this place probably takes the cake. $20 day pass, you can go in and out as you please until closing. I came on a Sunday when they had barely opened just to check it out. Such a great layout of the interior and the patio area. Came back again later at night when the guy at the door told me there was a comedy show later at night. Very glad i came back, great show and great turn out for a crowd. this place is a real gem. we went in the day time so it was pretty empty but the vibes are there. the servers were really cool. ours was James, a great guy. really knew his stuff. it was my birthday so he gave me some awesome cotton candy! they had a few drink selections and tons of games to play to help the time pass. will like to come back when i'm in town again. probably in the later hours to see the difference. read more

The ambiance could be really nice, especially outdoors, but the fire pits didn't have propane, makes me wonder if it's worth paying to sit outdoors if whoever didn't think it was important enough to get propane for an outdoor event in Denver in April. Do better for your customers. read more

I absolutely LOVE Tetra!! Moved to Denver on a Saturday and found it on Tuesday and we purchased memberships IMMEDIATELY!! Always super chill and even when it gets crowded, it's still chill!! We are always greeted warmly with a fresh rolling tray and ashtray!! Music is always on point and I can always catch the game! Worst experience in a lounge ever! I went on my birthday New Years Eve and the owner was unhelpful. When my Uber dropped me off I was hesitant to go into the building because it looked like a trap house. There were bullet holes in the glass and the outside was not welcoming at all. I went inside to an array of dirty couches and lounges with 5 guys who seemed to be friends. My friend had told me to go here because it was a place you could chill that was really clean and the people were welcoming. That was not be experience. One guy walked over to me to share that he was the owner and that it would be $20 for a day pass and I could be there. I only planned on being there for an hour prior to my massage appointment. My friend said there was not a cost and for what the environment was I had no desire to be there more than 2 minutes. The music was not pleasant, the environment was dirty and the people were not pleasant. I believe this place could be amazing if it was taken better care of and had options of prices if you did not want to stay there the whole day. read more

I flew into Denver and I knew for my first night there I wanted to be at Tetra lounge. It was the first snow of the season for Denver and I wanted to smoke indoors and just relax. I knew this would be the spot to do just that! When we got there there was no other customers/members there. Just my party, the owner (I'm guessing), and the bartender. That didn't phase me. It was a Thursday and it was snowing so I didn't think there would be a crowd. I literally just wanted a place to chill, socialize with my group, and of course smoke! They had free beer and water. The owner asked is there anything we wanted to watch on TV, let us know there was Netflix, and showed us how to use the game console controller and we were on our way. We relaxed and smoked. We did hope there would be others that came in but that didn't happen, I think it was just the night we came. There was no DJ or nightly event as posted on their website, again I'm blaming that on the weather. The only thing I deducted a star for was cause the bartender left and I had no way to get any beer/water. Also the owner asked us if we wanted to go in on a pizza. I'm not sure why that made me feel some type of way but maybe that's just how they get down in Denver lol. Anyways there were several couches, tables, and some dope artwork too. I can definitely see me at this place on a busy night! The outdoor garden is nice too! I will be back on my next visit. read more

To be honest I was completely nervous based on the reviews here on Yelp but I've visit this spot twice and each time was fabulous. I did the yoga session last Sunday by my self and the instructor was amazing they had snacks and sponsors for the bud I didn't even have to smoke my own bud. I went to industry night and it was the same great vibes the employees are professional and the venue is unique I love it. It's clean nobody's invasive or all in your space ... just all around great vibes. Would give this establishment a zero if I could. This business owner Dwayne Benjamin and his worker Gilbert let us enter the business, pay the admission fee then Gilbert come over and humiliate me and denying me entry due to having a federally registered service dog, I was told by his employee while he continuously facetimed the owner that since Dwayne isn't able to have his dog in the shop he won't allow other dogs. It's a beautiful day out so there was outdoor patio seating completly open and I informed the business Id prefer to sit outside. Not only did this business refuse business to a disabled person who requires their service dog to not be seperated from them at any point, but let them sit down in the back and then rudely harass me while I went out to patio and got settled that we needed to leave and while the one employee was informative and understood the delicacy of the situation, Gilbert and Dwayne are uninformed of ADA disabilities act of 1990. Legitimate service animals cost $25,000 to train, they're meant to be by their owners side at all times, not instead being shunned by a business for having a service dog medically necessary for health reasons. read more

Ended up not staying because $20 seemed expensive to just sit and chill somewhere that wasn't home. They had free water and free little hug fruit barrels (meh) We wanted to at least look around to see if we'd like to stay, and someone in our group was honest and told the guy working there we most likely were not going to stay. So the man attending us told us to just leave and that it wasn't worth us looking around because we weren't going to stay. Seems like they care more about the bucks than the community. Take your crew elsewhere. Building was pretty indoors but can't tell you what the rest of it was like. read more

I really, really wanted to like this place. It's been recommended by a number of family and friends, and initially it seemed super comfortable and welcoming. Within a few minutes of being there, I met some good people, and was able to enjoy the music and the atmosphere. However, I paid $45 for me and my boyfriend to enter the space. I had another friend join us, who also had to pay another $20.00. Within 10 minutes of my friend arriving, we were aggressively approached by the employee working the front door. He got in our faces, screamed at us, demanded we leave, and suggested I knew his reasoning for approaching us this way. He threatened to call the police on me, and refused to let me speak or engage with him in any way. It was unbelievably uncomfortable and disrespectful, especially considering I was doing absolutely nothing to warrant this behavior. I followed every guideline, never engaging in anything inappropriate or out of line. I tried to reach out to the number provided on their website several time, which I realized afterwards is just the manager's cell. There doesn't seem to be any other way to get in contact with the establishment. I haven't heard back from them in a few days, and am at a loss at this point. Really, really disappointed. read more

Wanted to write a free lance travel article on Denver's Recreational scene and what a first time visitor to a Recreational State needed to know about the laws of use and how and where they can get guidance in following the rules to relax and enjoy inside if Denver is not your home. Staff at Tetra Lounge were helpful beginning at the first phone call. You have to register online before you come and get access. You must be 21. There are options for membership (day,week, month) and you must provide some personal info as pat of the membership registration. You cannot purchase and product there and cannot leave with any/ The two staff on duty will check you in and get you settled and will offer you bottled water if you are thirsty.
