I decided to try Elevations Physical Therapy after a colleague recommended this place and I am SO happy I did. Christian has worked magic on my shoulder with his dry needling and manipulation therapy of the muscle. He also spends the whole session one-on-one with me and gives me very doable exercises to do at home. He even provided me bands to use at home for my exercises. I can't recommend this place enough and working with Christian!!!

Well I've news for ya, new blizzaks are on the car, grew up in the Midwest snow belt and learned to drive in heavy snow. I'm more concerned about other folks in the burbs that do not plan for the weather or get stuck in ice - hence the recent 100 car pileup around here and the ice rink yesterday. Point is- go school the whole community if you're concerned about folks not having proper tires and/or know-how in general. Condescending folks are annoying. And there are lots of therapists around here so I'll find another one that has tact and cares about people and doing the right thing over trying to be passive aggressive. When the roads are a slick mess, common sense is to wait it out and avoid being on them unless necessary.

They are happy to bill insurance and/or provide receipts for FSA/HSA reimbursement purposes. Troy's approach is unique in that he doesn't take a "cookie cutter" approach. Rather, he puts time/thought/creativity into his care plan and makes you feel like a human vs. a number.

In April of 2017 I had a complete knee replacement surgery and I had the good fortune of being…read morereferred to Next Level for my Physical Therapy. My recovery was going extremely well and most of that was thanks to the great staff at Next Level. Unfortunately, in May of 2017, I slipped on my stairs at home and ended up with a complete tear of my quad muscle and tendons, one of the worst that my surgeon and Next Level had ever seen. It required a second surgery and that recovery was and still is much more difficult. During the recovery process, Jim, Joe and TJ had been talking to me about a new process they had been studying and working with called BFR and they explained how they thought it might really benefit me. I agreed to give it a try because everything they had previously advised me to do has been very beneficial. I was the first "victim" (TJ's word!) to have BFR performed at Next Level and all I can say is WOW. What a difference that process has made in my recovery, from the very first time the gains and improvements have been amazing.
