A few refused to give me an estimate based on my measurements and wanted to inspect the property -- I just wanted an ESTIMATE not a binding contract. Anyway, Santos was always prompt to respond to my calls, was able to schedule the work within a week - actually did it sooner than planned. Fence looks great, quality red cedar with treated 2x4 back rails (some companies use smaller) and metal posts set in cement and metal back braces on the gates.
