She was so kind and patient with Ember, who always came out looking absolutely beautiful, that we only ever wanted to work with her. The pace at PetSmart was fairly frenetic, but Danielle was always cool, calm, and collected. I worried that she might leave one day after becoming the head groomer, and was lucky enough to get her to share her contact info with me. We reconnected and Ember just had her first grooming at the Soggy Dog. We couldn't possibly be happier! We are absolutely over the moon to be back in Danielle's caring hands In this lovely spot. Michelle groomed my little Zoey's hair for over 15 years and when Michelle left another location and moved here - you can bet I didn't hesitate to follow her. She is truly amazing - patient, kind, and so VERY GOOD at what she does. This place also has a wide array of pet food, treats, and other various supplies. I have found that the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I'm looking for products. And, they also remember and recognize you and your pet(s) - even the ones that aren't yours that you show up with on occasion! Lastly, they are just dog people here! They have openly told me that it's totally okay to bring my pup here on those cold days when it's not safe outside - and to just walk her around the store for exercise - no purchase necessary. It was never an easy task to tackle alone. After about 4 years, I tragically hit the quick of one of her black nails. Fast forward to now 8-year-old, 65-lb Layla, who still won't let me near her with clippers. I've had to outsource the torturous task to her vet and groomers since that fateful day. Once she associates a place with nail trims, though, she resists entry and tries to find the nearest exit. The Dog Wash Etc. has proven to be a rare exception to this rule, which is a testament to the positive experiences we've had there. Evie skillfully handled and warmly gained Layla's trust during our first visit and again several weeks later (bonus: the trim kept Layla's pawdicure needs at bay much longer than usual) It doesn't hurt that the Pets on Point store has cookies (and a whole shop full of goodies) for a post-trim treat. Punch card rewards or not, Evie and the Dog Wash team have earned our loyalty. I am eager to try the actual dog washes next... although Layla is as enthusiastic about baths as she is about nail trims!

I wanted a place that could help me check in on the care of my guinea pig, which a lot of places don't- this place does! I called for an appointment for my piggy Truffle, and they were friendly and set up an appointment for that same day. I was honestly glad to be taken seriously- guinea pigs are just as important as cats and dogs! It's a clean, organized space here with numerous doctors and very friendly staff at the front desk. I've had two vets here, and both have been knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding of all my pet related concerns. When Truffle had an infection, the vet was happy to prescribe him a medication that fit my budget and really did help improve his health. They are also great with pet emergencies. Truffle had a very bad infection, and they were able to see him within an hour. This is super important for stressed pet parents like me! Check ups can be a little pricey, but it's worth it because your pet is getting the best care. I'd recommend this vet's office to anyone. It is great.

Yes, they really are bonded and yes, unlike other services, these folks come with years of professional experience. This was important to us. She made no comments about Mary Bee regarding services or her experiences. I was told to pay $100. Still didn't know what I was paying for!!!! No receipt.
