She was so kind and patient with Ember, who always came out looking absolutely beautiful, that we only ever wanted to work with her. The pace at PetSmart was fairly frenetic, but Danielle was always cool, calm, and collected. I worried that she might leave one day after becoming the head groomer, and was lucky enough to get her to share her contact info with me. We reconnected and Ember just had her first grooming at the Soggy Dog. We couldn't possibly be happier! We are absolutely over the moon to be back in Danielle's caring hands In this lovely spot. YES: the owner has anger issues and should find another line of work. My husband had planned to take our dog in for scheduled grooming appointment and when he looked up the business address to confirm directions, saw that the business hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10-5. As our appointment was on a Monday, my husband then tried to call the store, 4 times, to confirm they were open before he made the one-hour round trip to get there. No answer, no outgoing message ever picked up. Based on the business's stated hours as being closed on Mondays, and the fact that no one answered the buissness's phone, he reasoned there had been a mix up, and that there was no appointment. Shortly thereafter, I received a text stating our appointment was cancelled, as dog had not arrived. I tried calling, no answer, no outgoing message picked up. I decided to text back to the number that told me our appointment was cancelled, and then I received a phone call from the INCREDIBLY BELLIGERENT owner, Matthew, who, like the previous reviewer stated, yellled at me, said if I had listened to the outgoing message, I would have understood that even though the business is closed on Mondays, the groomers are still there (the absolute disconnect between what "closed" means and "groomers are still there" apparently makes sense to Matthew. When I later listened to the outgoing message in full, I found no message at all saying "business is closed but groomers are there" :: he lied about that); he then hung up on me. Anger issues does not begin to describe this person's disposition. Suffice to say, we will NEVER go back, and I would advise any potential customer to go anyplace else. Anyplace at all. Michelle groomed my little Zoey's hair for over 15 years and when Michelle left another location and moved here - you can bet I didn't hesitate to follow her. She is truly amazing - patient, kind, and so VERY GOOD at what she does. This place also has a wide array of pet food, treats, and other various supplies. I have found that the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I'm looking for products. And, they also remember and recognize you and your pet(s) - even the ones that aren't yours that you show up with on occasion! Lastly, they are just dog people here! They have openly told me that it's totally okay to bring my pup here on those cold days when it's not safe outside - and to just walk her around the store for exercise - no purchase necessary. I wanted a place that could help me check in on the care of my guinea pig, which a lot of places don't- this place does! I called for an appointment for my piggy Truffle, and they were friendly and set up an appointment for that same day. I was honestly glad to be taken seriously- guinea pigs are just as important as cats and dogs! It's a clean, organized space here with numerous doctors and very friendly staff at the front desk. I've had two vets here, and both have been knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding of all my pet related concerns. When Truffle had an infection, the vet was happy to prescribe him a medication that fit my budget and really did help improve his health. They are also great with pet emergencies. Truffle had a very bad infection, and they were able to see him within an hour. This is super important for stressed pet parents like me! Check ups can be a little pricey, but it's worth it because your pet is getting the best care. I'd recommend this vet's office to anyone. It is great.

Ali took the time to come and meet my dog and get to know her before her first scheduled visit. Ali was great with her and immediately I could tell this was someone I could trust to be in my home and take great care of my dog. I LOVE the PetCheck system she uses too- she scans in and out (with a barcoded magnet) so I know when she is there, and she also sends an update email for the visit, including pictures!
