I felt like I was being put up by family- snacks, coffee, full kitchen, scented candles, comfortable bed, extra blankets, waterfall shower and a giant TV- just to name a FEW of the amenities... truly the coziest spot ever. There is a sweet restaurant right around the corner, and it's an overall quiet and secluded area. I will definitely be coming back for a relaxing weekend get away!

Agree with the other updated reviews as well. Park host and owners definitely treat us like family but not the annoying ones who are always in your business . They continually make updates to the park (landscape, camping accommodations, etc.) that truly enhance the stay.

While I am not a guest, they treated me as though I am. They allowed and even assisted me with dumping my waste tanks ($10), allowed me to do my laundry onsite ($1.50 wash/dry), let me grab a warm shower (free) and let me utilize their large rec room while I waited for my laundry to finish. They even said I was free to use their kitchen if I wanted to make myself some lunch! Talk about service!! This really is a cute RV park with all the comforts. Better yet, it's clean and well taken care of. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay near College Station. Whether it be short-term, long-term, or just to utilize their facilities, you will not be disappointed. Oh! And they have a propane filling station too!!

Driving from Houston was a breeze all the way to the freeway exit. After that was all rural routes in Waller County. I called in advance to ask for general information. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite. He reminded me about 3 pm cutoff time for day pass entry. Upon arrival, I called him again to pay and check me in. I immediately went to the pool and changed to a suitable outfit. While I enjoyed the sun, I met a resident who travels across the country and happened to be at this campground for few weeks. He gave me a grand tour of the property. After I got home, I followed them on Facebook to receive frequent updates. Because I want to enjoy the camping experience one day, when it gets warmer. I'll be back in 2024.

The stairs going up and down were not lighted at night and the banister I found ended before the steps and I fell down hard. Even though we had paid for 2 nights we left at noon Saturday. I called during the week left a message with someone to have the manager or owner to call they never have. The guests were very nice but the management is very bad Think twice before going.
