If they needed to adjust any part of the shower curb they should have gone through the proper channels and we could have avoided any of the destruction caused by having to remove the glass, stone, and broken tiles caused by the removal process. We later found out that the Owner could not fulfill his order with us due to a medical situation in his family. We googled and found another countertop company - Staley Marble & Granite. We were living in Colorado at the time and couldn't fly out to see their inventory. They face-timed with us and walked us thru what they had. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. Their price for the quartz and granite countertops (kitchen, bathrooms) was even better than the previous company. They installed the countertops and they looked beautiful! A month later, we had a little coconut oil ring from a bottle left out overnight on a bathroom counter. They had one of their guys come out and take the ring out and reseal the counter - no extra cost! Staley Marble & Granite have great prices and service! I highly recommend them!
